It was an easy process. I made a phone call to Goodwill. The phone representative walked me through the process even that the tow truck driver will call an hour before arrival, which he did.ThanksErnest

Couldnt have asked for an easier more convenient way of handling a transaction! Very pleasant people and a very efficient way of doing business.
