I’ve gotten several pieces from here over the years. Yeah it may take a lil longer than expected but I’m always pleased with the jewelry I’ve gotten. I’ve always thought the prices were fair and Danny is knowledgeable and took great care of me with my Cancer awareness pendant. He went above and beyond!

Danny sold me a used watch, and he refuses to refund me. Everytime I call they put me on hold and hang up on me.

Always only go to them used to have two other Jewler’s I would use to noticed everything I didn’t get from Danny and his the diamonds fall out or break . But from them great prices and better jewelry be dum and go somewhere especially on south street u pay 3 k more

I had bought me a custom pendant from here and they gave me a date when it would be done so I called that day it was supposed to be done and it wasn’t. Days go by and I’m calling the guy, Mo wasn’t answering texts messages or phone calls. Very unprofessional people I won’t deal with them anymore

I put a down payment on a ring ,decided I didn't want it anymore. The owner refused to give me my money back,very rude very smug. Had the nerve to tell me he spoke to me yesterday , for weeks I he been trying to get un contact with the owner , and was being told everyday he's not there. Very rude people, they steal your money. I paid 2000 in total and being told I can't get it back. Might I add I was very pleased in requesting my money that man stood there and looked straight pass me as if I wasn't speaking to him.

I used to shop here, but the last few times I went in to purchase something I have waited 20 minutes or longer just to be acknowledged that I am there and the prices have went up with the growing customer base. (sure gold goes up and down but not at these prices). I have since stopped shopping here and found a new place that had the best prices around and the best service. Hopefully they can get back to what made them the spot that they are, and not forget about the customers who helped build this place up before the Athletes,Artist started buying from them. Without the everyday Customers business can’t survive on Occasional Big purchases to pay the bills and make a profit.

In the beginning I thought they were decent people. It seemed that they were willing to help me in everyway to make a purchase that I was satisfied with. They even, like most jewelry stores, adjusted and cut prices to make purchases more manageable.And there's the "BUT". Like I said previously and I come to realize, they did nothing different from any other jeweler or jewelry store would do. And another "BUT". What they did do was take some pretty expensive jewelry that I brought there to be fixed, resized, buffed for nicks and scratches, cleaned and polished . And they gold pinched me for my gold after i clearly mentioned to the foreign woman there that, if my gold was cut i wanted every bit of it back as it belongs to me. She stated that they dont cut the gold when resizing that they only heat it up and push it back into itself. So i paid for my diamond stud earrings to be fixed along with my wedding band and an additional diamond pinky ring that I paid 210 for all to be refurbished.Upon picking my jewelry up a week later, I examined my property and it was a nightmare! My wedding band wasn't so bad but I expected way better. My pinky ring was cut and you can clearly see the melting pool where the weld was made and the wholes between the Cuban link of the ring were filled with left over gold that looked like food crust dried in it. None of the scratches were taken out none of the nicks were buffed and all they did was make it shinny. My earrings were only cleaned and were still broken . They had to give me new screw backs for them and kept my old ones which are? That's right! Gold too. They lost a good hard working spending customer as I will never go back to them for anything else again and you shouldn't even start if you are reading this review.

Gave them a deposit on a custom pendant and chain that was 4500 it took 4 weeks for design, the forget about everything once they get your money, there favorite line is “oh what’s your name? What are you getting? It’ll be done today!” It took 4 months I was told 3 weeks. Terrible customer service and response time is slow as hell. NEVER AGAIN!
