The store is perfectly located. Comfortable parking lot and great and wide variety of products but the only problem is that during the day there are several employees stocking products at the same time, as an example in the meat area and aisles there are 4 or 5 at the same time impossible to see and buy comfortably with fear that one has a blow or accident. That's the only thing that should improve. In addition to that, the security should do the rounds in the vegetable area, there was a gentleman sitting on the edge of the salad refrigerator that is very unhygienic.

I utilize this Giant mostly for grocery pick up. Parking is great and the wait time is normally quick and easy. They also have a Starbucks inside if you’re feeling fancy for a cup of Joe

Easily the worst grocery experience I have ever had, so many confusing management decisions make this store a nightmare to navigate. Some products are organized by brand rather than function, meaning you will find tortillas in four different isles (and the same goes for chips, bread, and milk). Only large shopping carts are available, so navigation around the store is difficult for everyone around awkward corners and tight isles (especially with the inventory robot rolling around everywhere). You're also guaranteed to see some stocking issues no matter which isle you're in. On top of it all, forget earning any savings at this store, as they do not accept Giant digital rewards cards.

I placed an order with Flash Foods at the Giant located at 510 Broad St. 10/26/2024. I was working and did not know that the Market closed at 10:00pm. I arrived to the market at 10:03pm. An employee was leaving and slightly closed the door. I began to explain that I had to pick up my order. She said that she would get someone. The young woman employee approached the door very dismissively. Stating " We are closed, cancel with the app or come back another day. I explained that I could not come back because I was at work and asked if she could show me where to cancel the order because it would not give me the option. She sated aggressively No, I DONT KNOW HOW O DO THAT! I then asked to speak to her manager. After a while of waiting, and not knowing what was said, the assistant manager Alex and the lady approached. He began yelling at me very aggressively at me until I told him not to talk to me this way. I was mortified and nervous because I have always had a great experience in Giant whenever I worked at the hospital. I explained that I needed support, but he also could not find it and then said, come back tomorrow. I reiterated that I could not. He then asked if the money was taken out of my account, which I said yes after checking. He did not help me, and stated dismissively, if it is not there call or come back and closed the door and he and the assistant rushed off. They are horrible employees, and I will write a review about Alex's aggressive, demining, and dismissive behavior, and send a Flash email to the associates at My hospital about this incident.

I don’t usually go to Giants, but I am really pleased with my shopping experience here today! The customer service here is wonderful. I asked a worker here to help me locate some items, her name was Cindy Jenkins, and she walked to the items I wanted. She was so kind, and she definitely brings a great image and environment to the store.
My only concern is that a recent customer had used a vaseline before placing it back on the shelf, but Cindy has also handled that situation perfectly.
Overall, the store and workers are great, but make sure that your item was untouched before purchasing.

Didn't like it the prices are high as hell it's for the well to do students to shop there!! Omgoodness and the 2 hr parking is horrible if you stay longer you have to pay for parking. It's my first and my last time shopping there! And to think they advertise that Giant stores are affordable to shop at well that's a lie! Maybe it's bc this one is at Broad and spring garden where the wealthy live you know the students with rich parents. But it's clean and well lit! The parking though is cramped!
