Made an advance appointment @ 9:30. The nail tech rushed since the store was getting busy for the holiday. She did not fully paint my nails in some places. The sides of my nails you can clearly see no paint.
Then started another client without the service being completed and did not say thank you or anything.
I’m sure I won’t get a response but to keep repeat customers you must fix this!

I have been getting gel manicures here for almost 3 years and they take such good care of me! Always happy with my results and they hold up well between visits. I go in every 3-5 weeks and have been able to grow my nails out super long since I started going here. They are gentle with the removal process which I think helps maintain the health of my nails

Photos are of my gel manicure after three days. My cuticles still hurt a week later.
I made an appointment with them to fix it, but unfortunately after waiting for 25 minutes after my appointment time, I had to leave without anyone helping me.
Disappointing customer service and the worst mani I’ve had here.

Amazing pedicure complete with massage and hot stones! My gel mani lasted over 3 weeks! Great value, this is my new favorite salon!

Great example of cheaper isn’t better. I went here last min for a set of dip, which usually had been stronger than gel but in week since I got them they chipped and broke half way down my nail (pure pain) and my hangnails have been awful. Even if you can get a last min appt here it’s not worth the quality sacrifice. I was shocked that it was so cheap but a week later I’m paying for it.

Best pedicure with an amazing foot massage from flor. She’s the best technician, skilled and very professional. Place is very clean and suggest to book appointment with her in advance.

either she's really understaffed or really racist every time I come in there she tells me she doesn't have time. one time she told me she couldn't do nails but someone could do a pedi I watched 3 ppl schedule for nails later or get they nails done while I got my pedi. it's right by my house so today I tried again and once again she was too busy. there's never any ladies of color in there and theyre prices are ridiculous for such basic service. please do not go here

My go to spot for pedicures. All the ladies are lovely and give great service! Massages are above average (coming from someone who has done it for a living 20+ years). Can usually be accommodated with short notice. Clean and comfortable space. Definitely recommend.

I got a dip manicure and a gel pedicure here. The nails looked awful and began to chip within a week because they did the dip and put gel color on top. As for the pedicure, when I went somewhere else two weeks later and they took off my polish my toe was completely black and I had to remove the entire nail.

this nail salon is truly one of the best in the city and the nail techs have fantastic customer service. the prices are SO reasonable too - and the manicures/pedicures usually last well over two weeks. highly recommend and really enjoy visiting for some pampering.
