This store don't never got nothing!! Like how y'all don't have a PS5 controller! They either out of whatever you need or the trade in machine don't work. If you try to call before you come you better hope they answer the phone cuz I can't never get a hold of anybody thinking maybe they are busy, get there and it's nobody in the store with 2 people standing behind the cash register. I wish I could give this store 0 stars cuz every time I come in there they never have what I need !!

The company is absolutely terrible not just to their customers but to their employees as well. This store is bad because of the management above them. My advice is stay FAR from this store and gamestop in general. Try Classic Game Junkie in Glenside instead

I ordered multiple games from Gamestop.com during Thanksgiving week. Two of the games were sold to me as being in 'New' condition, but they are both 'Used'. One game (Grand Theft Auto V) clearly has multiple white 'Used' stickers beneath the orange 'New' sticker (see picture), also the second disc is damaged and my Xbox will not read it. Another game (The Callisto Protocol: Day One Edition) is also clearly used with damage to the cover (see picture), light scratches to the disc and the code to redeem the extra content included in the special 'Day One Edition' has already been redeemed. They placed shrink wrap that is sealed with adhesive over the second game to hide it's used condition. I contacted Gamestop customer service over 30 days ago and have not received a response, despite me paying for a 'Gamestop Pro' membership. Also, I recently placed three games in my cart and I tried to use the gift card I purchased with my Pro Rewards points to pay part of cost, but during checkout I was told that none of the three games are eligible items for that promotion despite them all being used. Beware of buying 'New' games from Gamestop, beware of buying into the rewards program if you plan on buying used games with the rewards points, and be prepared to be ignored by Gamestop customer service if you disregard my advice and have an issue with your purchase. I've been frequenting this location for over 25 years, since the time when the store was called 'Funcoland', and I can't believe I've being ripped off so blatantly and then ignored by a company that I've been loyal to since childhood. I'm absolutely disgusted and will not be doing business with Gamestop.com or any of their brick or mortar locations ever again. I truly wish that the short selling of the Gamestop Corporation stock in 2021 would've led to their bankruptcy.

Imagine getting home after a long day of Christmas shopping and realizing you were charged for an item you didn't purchase and was sold an empty game case. I told the cashier my total was not correct at the time of purchase, but he ensured me I wasn't overcharged. Welp, I was and when I tried to call, the operator said I could not be connected to the store due to technical difficulties. I had to drive back to the store the next day and wait in a long line. Cashier retrieved the actual game disc from the drawer and then proceeds to check the cameras because he says he gave me the item I was mistakenly charged for. Welp, cameras confirmed he incorrectly charged me for the item that I did not receive and refunded me my money.Overall, the cashiers were friendly both visits. Just make sure you check the games and your receipt before leaving.

This gamestop constantly has issues with getting pre-orders in and it is a bit frustrating. Staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable but I will be going to another gamestop that can be consistent with fulfilling pre-orders on time.

Tried to go here to browse the games and drop off a package, everything was locked up and it wasn’t open when the times said it should be.

A quiet little GameStop. Make sure you call ahead if you are looking for something specific. Inventory counts are off. I enjoy talking to the friendly workers. I do not know his name, but shout out to the Black gentleman with the glasses. I hope you got new thumb grips for your Switch

I drove over an hour to this location to pickup a game for my sons birthday. The “girl” working was very rude and condescending, and knew nothing about video games. I am handicapped and walk with a cane. So, I asked for a bag to help me carry my receipt and purchase. I was told that if I needed a bag, to go somewhere else. With so many great locations in the area to purchase games, it would be a shame to waste your time and money with rude people like this

I traveled over an hour to this location for a game that I had been looking at for my sons birthday. The girl that was working was very rude on the phone , and even worse when I came to the store. She was no help at all, and very condescending when asked any questions at all. I am handicapped, and walk with a cane. And when I asked for a bag to help carry my purchase, I was told that if I needed a bag, to shop elsewhere. There are so many other places to shop with helpful people, it would be a shame for someone to spend their money in a place like this

First ATTEMPT to shop and actually purchase from this location today - March 8, 2023, I drove 17 miles because this was the only store in the area that had a particular game in stock according to the website. When I got there, the door was locked, gated...however it was 11:50am, I did not know they opened at 12PM so this was my fault. Not a big deal, I killed time at TJ Maxx for 20 minutes, came back around 12:10-12:15pm and the store was still locked, gated up. Lights in the store and monitor was on behind the counter. By this time another potential customer on his lunch break stopped by, and then 2 more. I also called this store...perhaps the employee was in the back, maybe lost track of time, no idea? No answer, just an automated response that "out associates are helping other customers." (um, no.)So we all waited outside, windy & cold as it hit 12:30PM, 12:45PM...nothing! Store remained closed, no signage stating "Be Back in 1hr" or anything giving a reason why they were closed. Just no one in sight through the window.By 12:55...yes almost 1 full hour, we simply left. No idea what the situation was (is). My ASSUMPTION is no one showed up to even open the store for whatever reason.Total waste of my time - and others.
