It says my health plan uses an independent company to provide pharmacy benefit management.I'm retired. I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY prescriptions through Future Scripts but they keep sending me mail about a drug change that I Don't even take. If the company is failing this could be part of the reason.Jerry Brown

This company is the absolute worst. They refuse to cover a medication I've been on for 7 years. When we tried to see why the denial said more information was needed but they wouldn't tell us what.

Future Scripts approved a prior auth request then failed to reduce the cost. The medication I need to sustain my pregnancy is $464.54 for a week supply (multiply that times the term of the pregnancy). There is no other medication / alternative that works for me. Future Scripts is absolutely abhorrent.
