This businesess use of the loading zone on Spring Gardens and their patrons / business owners respect for bicyclist is a major hazard to the bike lane. What may have been their patrons or one of their regulars in a tan minivan almost knocked me off my bicycle, only for me to receive the middle finger. It is sad the business and customers of this facility have no respect for the large amount of potential customers that bike past their facility. There is no excuse for potentially injuring someone on a bicycle, when their store gets to take advantage of a loading zone the city installed for their business.

My husband used Franklin Cleaners frequently when we lived in NxNW. They always did a prompt, nice job and were very friendly to him. I felt compelled to write a 5 star review because of our most recent experience. My husband dropped off dry cleaning in the end of March 2021. We moved out NxNW in April 2021. Franklin Cleaners called to remind him about his dry cleaning still being there in July 2021. He finally mentioned to me in January 2022 that he might still have clothes there. I was sure that they wouldn't have held onto them for nearly a year, but I was wrong. Franklin Cleaners still had them and were super kind and understanding when I went to pick them up. Technically we don't live in this neighborhood anymore, but I'll be making an effort going forward to use Franklin Cleaners anyway because of this thoughtful experience.

I live close to Franklin Cleaners. Most days they’re open until 6pm. Call first, but they are generally later than 5pm. I have shirts laundered and pants dry cleaned. They are done on time every time and near perfect. The prices are reasonable and the service is kind and professional!

I had some alterations done and wasn't satisfied. I gave them a review that wasn't good. When I returned with one of the items the woman was angry at me. She asked why I did it. Of course I came back for them to fix it. I asked for the owners name and number. She wouldn't give it to me. Of course when I picked up my pants the second time it's still wasn't right. I asked her was I a good customer. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this place. Now I call this place CAN'T GET RIGHT. Reviews are for the management and customers. Why should I give you a good review when you still CAN'T GET IT RIGHT. You have LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. Your NASTY ATTITUDE doesn't HELP either.

I relocated to the area and found this place right away and never went anywhere else. The owner is great and super friendly. I don't compare prices when I find someone who does a great job. I used them for a couple months for wash and fold and dry cleaning before I had to leave for 3.5 months during Covid spikes. When I came back, I walked in and she (Mai I think is how you spell it) remembered my phone number (my account) as I walked through the door...wearing a mask. She remembers her customers, and that means a lot. So long as I'm here, I'll go nowhere else. Highly suggest taking your business there. Wash and fold, shirts and suits, all get fantastic treatment.
