First of all. I had an appointment for 5 p.m. They asked for me to arrive 15 minutes early and by the time 6:00 rolled around... THEY STILL DIDN'T CALL MY NAME!! But, I ended up walking out because I saw a bed bug. Unprofessional and dirty!!
