We love Four Seasons! We love the teachers, how clean the whole place is, the outdoor space and all the celebrations! There are activities almost everyday with a special snack, craft project, exercise or event. The security measures takeb make me feel my child is safe. The staff is friendly and approachable. Most importantly my child is making great friendships and is learning so much! We are grateful for all the efforts taken to make my child's childhood so memorable.

Despite repeated appeals last year and this year, they do not admit our children to daycare.

There are multiple reasons why I would not recommend this child care facility. First, during the start of the pandemic we removed our children from this facility due to the fact that schools were virtual and we no longer needed the coverage. The owner was given ample notice so that a replacement could be found. We were required to pre pay two full months in advance and requested our money back (not a small amount for 2 kids approx $3,700). The owner stated she would not return the money even though no services were provided as we paid months in advance. This was frustrating and we went through the proper channels bringing her to small claims court. We won our case and were awarded the full amount by a judge. The owner has still refused to pay even though she is court ordered to do so. In fact there is a sheriffs sale being held at her property as a result. The owner and business itself are not hurting for money by any means as the owner drives an $80,000 suv. Also we were willing to work with her and be understanding of the pandemic by only requiring half of our money back, she refused leading to the court case. The owner is extremely dishonest and spiteful and utilizes unethical business practices. I would recommend finding another facility so that you will never have to experience a situation like this.

I called this place to inquire about availability and tuition and a very rude woman answered the phone with exasperated "Hello". I then calmly said, I have a daughter and I would like to inquire about availability, and tuition. The woman very rudely answered. "Well first of all, how old is your daughter?! And second of all we have a waitlist!". I was already upset with the tone, and language of this person, after I asked a simple question. However, I remained calm and said "Well my daughter is 6.5 months old, however she's not going until she's 1 year old". The woman then, even more rudely replied "Well, all our tuition rates are published in the internet!". I was appalled. So, instead of answering a simple question, this person decided to snap back at me. If she's a caregiver or the owner, I will not dare bring my daughter to this daycare. If they don't even have enough decency to answer simple questions on the phone about inquiries. How can they have enough patience on young children who cries and ask a million questions a day?If you have your child here, be wary. They might be doing something behind your back. If you're interested in this place, think harder and do more research. I will not trust this place with your precious child/children.

The whole team have been fantastic over the years we have been here. We are entering our final year and I am sad to see it happen. Thankfully they have made our Daughter into someone whom will bloom in School.I could not have wished for more! Thank you!

Nice place. My son is on the waiting list. Whoever answers the phone is very rude though.

Last spring, (March 2015), Four Seasons was sold and purchased by the former director of Green Lane Preschool. Due to her leadership skills, empathy & keen understanding of the developmental needs of toddlers & preschool aged children, we decided to follow her to Four Seasons. We have not regretted our decision for one minute, our only regret is that we did not sign up for the 5-day program. The teachers & classroom assistants at Four Seasons are amazing. The classrooms are beautifully decorated and the curriculum is rigorous yet designed to allow students to learn through creativity & play. I highly recommend Four Seasons Childcare & Preschool.

Since the change of ownership in Spring 2015, Four Seasons Daycare and Preschool has changed dramatically. The physical building has been updated. It is bright, clean and updated. Many safety concerns have been addressed, including only one entrance in and out. The staff have very high standards of care, academics and cleanliness. The curriculum is well organized. There are weekly themes, special trips, visitors, and walks to explore the neighborhood. There is an active Parent Association. Children are learning, active and well cared at Four Seasons Daycare and Preschool. I highly recommend this daycare and preschool.

The school is very welcoming and the staff are very professional. They nurture my children while teaching them many new things through various activities and play. My children come home happy, with beautiful art projects and the school work that they did that day/week. I know their minds are being challenged while they are having fun!

Can't say enough good things about Four Seasons. The staff is excellent and the both of my kids have benefited immensely from going here. The curriculum is great and they are learning so much. New ownership has made so many improvements with the building. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone; the staff is disgruntled and disinterested in children. In the infant room the babies spend all day in swings and bouncers. The ratio per DPW is 1:3 with a max of 8 babies they routinely have 10 or more babies with two teachers. The head teacher and her assistant both smoke although research has proven how harmful second hand smoke is to infants. The babies are left to sleep in the swings, they also prop the bottles for feedings which is not recommend by the Academy of Pediatrics. In addition propping a bottle for an infant can lead to increased ear infections and is a choking hazard but do they care obviously not since this is routine. They send home the same note everyday which does not provide you with any details to how your child spent their day. They have no technology, no computers, how can they possibly be preparing children for school when they are so behind? In addition when I asked about accreditations they said and advertise on their website that they have one Keystone Star but their accreditation has expired. The only pro about this place is that they are convenient there is never a wait list, now I know why! I would recommend Holy Family, a neighbor or a college student.

My children have been going here since they started day care. I loved the baby room and most of the aides. My children werent ever mistreated or hurt in any way. The conditions are clean and well maintained and they have sufficient amount of play area for the children. The overall staff and teachers are friendly and hospitable. However, there are quite a few things that I dislike about them:I dont like the fact that I have to send them with breakfast, lunch, and a snack EVERYDAY!!! There are many daycare programs that serve food daily to children so I dont understand why they dont!I found out that when I send my children with microwaveable meals, THEY ARE NOT HEATED UP AND GIVEN TO THEM COLD!!! I was totally disgusted by this!!! I have to drop them off too early to preheat their lunches, so I wouldve thought that this wouldve been done for them, but I guess not!!!The front desk staff (Helen) is extremely rude, arrogant, and can be very ignorant!!!I think they dont believe in wiping children's noses or faces because my children are dirty-faced EVERYTIME I PICK THEM UP!If you are looking to send your child there between the ages of 3-6, PLEASE DO NOT!! PLEASE SEND THEM SOMEWHERE THAT WILL GET THEM READY FOR GRADE SCHOOL!!! My child is not ready for school and is becoming of school age in the next few months!! They still do coloring and play activities throughout the day and dont have a major focus on structured learning time which is critical at this age!!!Overall, if you are just looking for someone to babysit your children throughout the day for whatever reason, this is an okay place. But, if you are looking for somewhere for your children to get a little bit of education for the day and play incorporated, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!! My children are there for the time being for convenience only!!!
