I've practiced pole for almost 2 years at other studios. I am still an intermediate beginner. Any of the beginner classes or classes advertised for beginners always focus on advanced intermediate moves, I had to stop going because I was not trying to injury myself. I originally took a Level 1/2 class and that was focused on intermediate moves, which is fine. When I took an Intro class, the whole time it focused on intermediate jazmine moves. It's confusing.The level systems at FF is confusing and needs to be clarified. Level 1 does not mean beginner here.Also, the pole instructors I experienced did not ask consent before touching me or where they planned to touch me. The instructors I experienced just randomly started grappling me around without clarity when observing me try out a move.

I had class at the East location I got a little loss from the gps I called n The manager instructor Pinky was so nice she sent the info to me when I got in the building she greeted me with hugs n beautiful personality n my instructor Name was Neka she also had nice personality n she told her time with me if you want to go poleing this is the place Thank you ladies ?

I purchased my classes with a groupon. I will say that your experience depends on who is teaching. I had an AMAZING time with Vera A. I highly recommend taking a class with her. As a beginner taking intro to pole, she was very fun, lively, and helpful. I felt challenged and confident leaving her class. Unfortunately she does not usually teach intro. I took 2 more classes with instructors i will not name but one complained majority of class how tired she was and it showed in her teaching. I felt that my other 2 classes were a waste of time and I could've been elsewhere. I will try another pole studio before returning.

I can not say enough good things about Flaunt Fitness. I've been going for 7 months and in that time I've become so much stronger and confident, and I'm able to do things I never thought I'd be able to. If you think you're not strong enough to try a class here, that's not true! If you think you're not the right body shape, that's also not true! I've never been to an environment so welcoming, encouraging, and empowering. All the instructors are incredible at what they do and are always willing to help and explain to meet you where you are. If you're debating taking the plunge I 100% encourage you to do so!

V aka lady syren was an amazing instructor at flaunt fitness! I love her energy, it felt so genuine. I took her sensuality class and Im glad I did. I wasn’t getting my period for two months and today my period came! We tapped into our femininity and womb space and it felt so good. Thank you V ?

Today was my first day at FF, parking was tight, however they do have a parking lot that fits about 6 cars max. I was able to fit my SUV.I arrived about 6 minutes into the Intro to Pole Class. The instructor checked me in, gave me no direction whatsoever, and made a snarky comment in front of the class when I told her my friend who also signed up could not make it. I felt very uncomfortable. Everyone was still warming up and personally I initially didn't feel very welcomed. My fellow classmate actually directed me to grab a band, etc. We did 3 typical exercises, no reps of them and then attempted head stands. That was it. I did not even touch the pole or lean a routine. I will say as class progressed the instructor was kind and did give tips on my headstand but again not what I expected on my intro to pole. I give 3 stars for atmosphere and appreciation for FF having a space for people to express themselves. However it won’t be me.

I came here for some pole classes and I am very happy that I found it! The instructors were very knowledgeable, fun, and eager to teach! They have a lot of different classes for every level of dancer. As a new dancer, I never felt out of place or lost, I felt good! I can't wait to return to the area to take more classes!

My first class was super welcoming and fun! The space and instructor Pinki are very inclusive and make learning for the first time exciting instead of scary. I’ll definitely be back!

We did the private lessons with Amanda and it was amazing. So much fun and she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. definitely recommend trying.

I booked a private event for ~15 people to celebrate some really exciting milestones and let me tell you we all had the absolute best night of our lives. From start to finish we were smiling, laughing, and sweating. We learned some fun moves and we couldn't have asked for a better instructor -Freddy. We were so grateful to have her. Thank you FLAUNT! I can't wait to go back!

New customer experience:Originally I was excited after reading the positive reviews but my experience with this organization was much different. I am sharing because if you are a potential new customer like I was you should know:This organization uses text or email as the only forms of communication. I paid for a class and sent a message requesting a call about my purchase and being a new customer that possibly needed an accommodationsI followed the instructions. I sent a text. I never received a response. My rating is low because of the customer experience I received.
