I can't believe how many years I suffered through the experience of using one of the big chains before I switched to Fishtown Pharmacy. They are incredible! Prescriptions are ready extremely quickly and everyone who works there is so friendly. I had to have some medications special-ordered and they came in first thing the next morning. I needed one of them fairly urgently, and the pharmacist called me the second the delivery came in - my prescription was ready for pick-up pretty much before we even left the house. Meanwhile, the big chain I used to use always took multiple days to get special orders in. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions about medication. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough!

THE BEST PHARMACY I EVER WENT TO. I am moving this weekend and I am so sad to have to switch pharmacies. It is so refreshing to go to a pharmacy that knows their patients, friendly, fast, willing to go the extra mile for you. Its so different than going to a big name pharmacy bc it gives you a small town feel! Highly recommend :)

ATTENTION FISHTOWN! If you are one of the many people impacted by Rite Aid closing and / or poor customer service at CVS; do yourself a favor and transfer your prescriptions to this local pharmacy. The staff is incredibly helpful, they are kind, and they actually seem to like what they do.

This pharmacy is great. I ran into an issue with my former pharmacy a few months ago and my girlfriend recommended Fishtown Pharmacy and I only wish I had switched to them sooner. They were able to fill my prescriptions with no problems and each time I go in there everyone from the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Really highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Today I ran into an issue with my pharmacy (rite aid). They informed me my Rx plan wasnt covering the medication and I would have to pay $900. I was willing to pay the $900 since there’s a chance it would help my pregnancy, But they were not able to order it for me! I called 7 pharmacies and they all told me they had to order it, and it wouldn’t come in until after the holiday (July 4th).I came across Fishtown Pharmacy on my google search. I thought “I’ll try one more”. I informed the pharmacist at Fishtown Pharmacy my issue. RIGHT AWAY, he knew how to help me, and right away he gave me the price of $75!!! I got in my car and drove from Bucks County! When I arrived he looked at my prescription, he questioned why the doctor didn’t give me another milligram? He called my doctor, they changed the prescription. And guess what? IT WAS COVERED! I only had to pay $1 copay.They took 5 minutes to fix my problem and solve it for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I am able to start this medication and hope it continues to move me in the right direction for my pregnancy. I can’t thank the staff enough here!

Fishtown Pharmacy is Amazing! I switched from a big box pharmacy probably around 5 years ago after having a cab driver talk about switching to a local pharmacy because of the "games" big box pharmacies play ie) telling you to take two OTC pills vs actually filling your prescription. I have been so happy with the switch. Prescriptions are availble super quick. We also get our flu and COVID vaccines here and it's always been wonderful.

The staff here are wonderful, courteous and kind. So lovely to have a LOCAL pharmacy taking care of your prescription needs instead of a big box store! Taking care of essentials (soap, first aid, basic care) and providing your prescriptions within walking distance in Fishtown is something I think all neighborhoods should have! Hope this trend continues to grow here and across the country!

My family just visited the pharmacy for our flu vaccinations and everyone here was really lovely to work with. We are making this our permanent pharmacy going forward. Kris took a lot of time to talk with us, was really pleasant and knowledgable, and gave me a very thoughtful and thorough recommendation for a pediatrician because we are looking for a new practitioner. The other staff were all friendly and helpful as well. Support local! These guys are awesome.
