Will never order from this company again. I placed an order for a sweatshirt in October and it is now the end of November. I sent an email at the end of oct and no email back . So I called them talked to the owner and he said to talk to the shipping guy. Called the shipping guy and found out they had canceled my order because they don’t carry the ink that was supposed to be on the sweatshirt anymore. And they can’t explain why I didn’t get an email saying the purchase had been voided. Never again I will not recommend them to any fire houses or ems.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order on October 24, 2020. That order was marked as "shipped" on the same day. I have still yet to receive my order and multiples attempts to contact this company have had no result.

Absolutely zero troubles with this company after multiple purchases. May not be the largest selection out there but some of the items they carry you won't find elsewhere. Prices are generally in line with competition

Poor customer service, the owner is constantly using copyrighted images for the shirts they sell.

This place is a joke! They scam you to get your money! I purchased 5 shirts from them back in Early August, they said 5-7 business days. I waited and waited now 3 weeks has gone bye and still no Items, I call and they told me "It got lost in UPS" so they would mail me a new one overnight, well it was thursday and We were leaving sunday for vacation which I needed the shirts for my Fiance for his Birthday, thinking ordering almost a month in advance they would be here, nope! So its now friday they said Overnight still not here, saturday not here. They found it sitting in a ups store, they had it shipped to our cabin on Vacation, which yes it came, BUTTTT it was the wrong order!!!! I called and complained about a shirt being completly wrong which I recieved attitude from the owner then and made me feel like it was my fault. He said he will send me a new one right away, (august 29th) its now October 24th and no shirt!!! And I have left messgaes saying I want my money back and they still have not given that back either. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Scams! I also reported them to the BBB.
