This is not a bank, folks. So don’t expect cash transactions. Sheesh. I visit this office at least once a month to deposit money using CHECKS. Transactions are always handled quickly and accurately.I have several accounts. My advisor at this particular office has always taken the time to explain various options to me and complete purchases quickly. If you are upset about losing money, perhaps you should consider lower risk investments.

The team at Fidelity have been so helpful un setting up my IRA. They are responsive, professional, and friendly. I was able to walk in to the Philadelphia office, complete the tasks that were needed, and be back out the door in about 15 minutes.

Fidelity is great at direct registering my GME shares into my own name instead of street name. That way, if Fidelity goes the way of FTX, I know my shares are safe with my company's Transfer Agent.

Poor customer service and the wait to get them on the phone is a mess and music ? keeps playing in your ears and the different opinions to follow is just unnecessary trust me. Imagine it was my first time call yesterday ooh.

We have been very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our Fidelity investment advisor at this office. We appreciate their flexibility in meeting with us both online, by phone or in-person as needed. They have consistently kept us in the loop with quarterly check-ins, and have provided advice to meet our needs. We have never felt any sales pressure. Their integrity and professionalism are impressive. Their renovated Market Street office is tech-forward and gorgeous.

I called Fidelity several times about a work order over the course of several weeks, and they kept saying they would call me back. They never did call me back. Now I am thinking of closing my account that I have had for over 15 years, and am very disappointed. Please do not do business with them.

The individuals spoke with me professionally, but the processes, the time frames, and the expectations are very unrealistic. The company is very unflexible in their process. I will not continue to use Fidelity services, nor will I refer them to individuals who ask me my thoughts on Fidelity services.

You can talk to the teller on an iPad. There is no human being in the bank in the pandemic. They were helpful.

They blocked my account because I forget my password , and when I call them they never answer the phone call like a hour they was talking about some you have to mail us your paper and etc ?

Managing money is usually a stressful task, but as a customer of this branch for a while now, I can confidently say the staff do their very best to make it a good experience. They've helped me through several complicated processes and I always felt that they were very competent and genuinely cared. Even after I moved away I still consider this office my home base. The online tools are also very helpful.

Just terrible handling of a simple UTMA account, multiple visits and phone calls from/to multiple people, and much misinformation from the Philly office in particular. I will never use Fidelity for any investment accounts.
