Insanely bad experience , and now it’s the second time on this location in 3 daysLiterally the guys on the counter don’t know what a valve core is or a schrader valve or common it’s known as a “niple” or …there’s another option: it’s called training.I showed them a picture of one of those “niples” and they didn’t know what is it …And first experience it’s literally hard to understand how come at a hvac supply house don’t know what an end boot is.Congrats!??

The cashier called me up to the register. When I started asking about toilets, he turns his attention to the TV. So I briefly waited. He turned to me again. When I started talking again, he turns his attention back to the TV. Weirdo! You all need to rethink how you treat customers when they come to your store to spend money.

Been doing plumbing for 30 years what a rip off tried to charge me $105 for 17 gauge s-trap, every one else is $25-35 , I’m a master plumber, called another store they said $45, really shades pricesIt’s funny that the owner didn’t acknowledge that the counter tried to charge me $110 for a 17 gauge s-trap, I called the store from another number and they gave me a price for an s-trap for $45 dollars, why send an email? I had my account at Ferguson for many years .Any can just look on google and search 1 1/2 chrome 17 gauge s- trap and see the price!!!

Super friendly group of guys. Took time to explain to me what products they had and what would be best for my project. They were awesome to my kids who were present as well. Wish more stores had guys with customer service like theirs.

Initially was not very happy with the counter person I placed my Hvac order with. I believe his name is Jamir, He was rude and told me my delivery was scheduled for Tuesday well Tuesday came and went and nothing. He wasn't around when I called of course but a Sean helped me and said that Jamir gave me incorrect information. Sean asked me to please call the next day which I did and Javier helped me. He was very professional and helpful. He helped coordinate and reschedule my order and went as far as calling back to confirm my delivery. On delivery day Nate, the delivery guy, called me a few minutes before my delivery which was great. He was also extremely early which I didn't mind either. Thank you guys for making a stressful beginning to a satisfied customer at the finish. Especially Javier, he went beyond what proper customer support should be. As to the counter guy, Jamir, learn from Javier what a good customer rep should be. Thank you.

This staff was excellent. Every associate I encountered was welcoming and pleasant. We even joked a lil?.The was by far the best plumbing supply store Ive ever been to. They exceeded my expectations. Great job guys.

I don’t know what I’d do without these guys. I work a lot with Jim, Javi, and Jay. Always so patient and helpful with all my DIY questions. They’ve saved me a lot of time and money over the last couple of years. Even helped me with a return from the Ferguson showroom out in Conshehocken. Always friendly, funny, professional, it literally brightens my day stopping in there, and they always have what I’m looking for!

I was looking for a specific part on an older garbage disposal. The fellow showed me a diagram of a similar disposal to see exactly what part I needed. The item they had in the store did not specifically say our model would fit so i didn't purchase. Instead of going back to his other tasks, he gave me a phone number of a 3rd party supplier who deals with InSinkErator parts if I couldn't locate my exact need elsewhere. This is the type of service that every consumer desires. Take care of the customer even if you don't make a sale. The additional step of helping me locate the part was top notch. My purchase would have been less than $10 but the service received felt as if I was purchasing a brand new kitchen.
