Never again. I've been waiting for a package every day for a week that requires a signature. The driver hasn't left one door tag, knocked or rang my intercom. I left a big note on the door explaining that I'm home with a big arrow to the intercom button. Nothing. I drove down the FedEx station by the airport after being told I can finally pick up my package. Here is their customer lobby (see picture) it looks like a prison. When I talk to the person on the intercom, they tell me I can sit in my car and call every 10 minutes. This is a miserable situation. I'll cancel the next thing I order if the shipper uses FedEx.

Warning to all: My time at FedEx has revealed a troubling reality. From package thefts and employee misconduct like smoking on the clock, mishandling packages, to downright inappropriate behavior such as urinating in the trucks, the list goes on. I strongly urge you to think twice before using FedEx services, both as a customer and as an employee. The lack of integrity and professionalism I've witnessed in the short time being there is deeply concerning. It's time to shine a light on these issues and hold this company accountable for its actions. Proceed with caution, your trust might not be well placed here.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Fed Ex Center.. and customer service is no help. In all fairness, they do their best, but they’re being lied to too. After speaking, with seven reps in the Philippines, no resolution. That’s right! You’re looking up their reviews now, because you sense you’ll never get your package. You won’t!!! Your spidy senses are correct. No one here does their job. They LIE!!! Avoid at all costs. I’m not even sure how this place is still operating. They cannot confirm a delivery date. They’re already four days past when the package was supposed to be delivered. My sense is the package is lost, but they haven’t had the decency to admit it yet. They’re carelessly wasting my time, your time and the senders. I will NEVER use Fed Ex again. What a joke. The incompetence is outrageous and beyond comprehensible.

Terrible,The automated system doesn’t allow you to speak to an actual person. The issue is never resolved. The delivery drivers are always hours, or days late with orders, even if you paid for fast shipping. The boxes and materials be destroyed. Most of my packages have been delivered to the incorrect address. Items that cost 500$ or more are destroyed. This is the worst shipping company in america.

I've been waiting on a package for about 5 days and called Fedex to see where the package is. I was SHOCKED to read reviews about employees stealing and I'm almost CERTAIN that is what happened to my package, shame on all of you who work here you will get your karma one day.UPDATE: two weeks and still no package and was just informed that it was "lost" with no calls or updates from fedex

Bad experience! They never attempted to deliver my package and lied multiple times. Do not use Fedex EVER. I've NEVER had a good experience with them.

I have been waiting on an important package (work laptop) for two days. FedEx says that they have attempted delivery twice, however, they have never rung my apartment's *clearly marked* intercom, and they have not once left a tag on the building's door handle, indicating that no one actually attempted delivery. My apartment building is not hard to find -- the address is marked in massive letters on its door. Reading the other reviews I am now very worried that this location has stolen my work laptop.

Openly never delivered a package and stole it. No customer service, no investigation, no accountability. The people in this facility need to be tested for substance abuse.

Absolutely terrible service, they delayed my package for over a week. NOBODY helped over the phones, but repeated the same thing over and over. I hate this delivery service and will now avoid it at all cost.

I had a driver lie & say they “attempted to deliver” my package & that I requested a future delivery date. A week later & I STILL don’t have my package. I’ve made 6 calls, received 3 texts, 5 emails & there is still NO resolution. I’ve spoken with 2 different supervisors who were absolutely NO HELP! They keep telling me the same thing which is NOTHING! I wish we could put FedEx out of business because they’re useless & most of their drivers are horrible! I wish I could give 0 stars

2 packages arrived at this facility and was scanned “Out For Delivery” I waited all day for the driver to arrive at 7:30pm only to tell me 1 of my 2 packages wasn’t in his truck. My missing package is still saying “Out For Delivery” 6 days later. Either they lost my package or someone stole it between reaching this facility and going out for delivery.

FedEx is the worst package delivery service ever. The fact that there around is only because people are to lazy to use another service. They never deliver on time or at all. 95% of the time you will have to make sure the driver does not steal your package or leave it in a place to get stolen. If they don't deliver your package, if you don't pick it up or call FedEx and speak with 8 Indian people then your package will arrive MONTHS later. Over all of I could give FedEx negative stars I definitely would.
