Some really tall guy with glasses yelled at me using racially charged language. He worked at c8 and was very disrespectful and intimidating as he learned over me, got in my face and used accaustive language.I guess this is the type of person that is the head honcho at fedex

Have had multiple issues with drivers not delivering to the door - throwing the package on the property and calling it delivered. Several items were stolen as a result.In summer/spring time, several of their drivers blast their music so it can be heard a block away. Very disturbing when they are parked nearby for 10-15 minutes ‘delivering’ packages. I don’t know how that is acceptable behavior while you are working in a community area. They are employees who deliver packages, not mobile DJs. Worse that I would think the loud music makes it more unsafe because they can’t hear potential traffic around them, or if someone is jumping in their truck to steal packages. Called their offices, got the the run around and the management didn’t care.Will not be using FedEx as a shipper anymore personally or at work. Never have these issues with UPS.

Good location due to proximity to the airport. All of my many priority overnight shipments have arrived on time from this location. However, the staff at this location are beyond rude. If you need help with anything you are SOL. Your package needs to be ready for shipment don’t count on any help no matter what extenuating circumstances you may have going on…
