I don’t know why the purple head worker gave me the attitude, said some stuff that are quite… questionable, and I don’t know why I agreed with him that I’ve been there for “awhile” when it was like 2-4 minutes because I needed to double check my tax forms. Ig I was trying not to get into an argumentative situation. The lady who served me was very nice though; I raised the rating from 1 star to 3 stars because of her.

Hi Fed Ex,I, a new customer in the area, found the Fed-ex location by default. I came into the store once to ship some items, and then I came another day to have some labels made. See, I am a party planner for a large property and need my items to be exactly how I perceive them. Well, John is.... let's say is , AMAZING I tell him exactly what I am looking for and he executes it. He so patience and has a wonderful eye for detail. He makes my life so much easier and I appreciate that .Additionally, Aaliyah will call , email me, send picturces to make sure I am ok with the wonderful design that is created for me.She is so sweet.I just thought that I would share this information .I love Fed-ex Team on REDK.Thanks ,Kim Hirschfeld

Had a package shipped while staying at the hotel. arriving sept 8th and my package was returned to sender on sept 7th. More dissappointing was the attitude of the staff to the issue - dismissal and absolution of anyone being responsible for checking against hotel guests

Used to be my favorite Fedex Office location because they were open 24h. Until they magically started closing on Sundays and failed to update their google listing. I just sent a co-worker of mine to pickup a signage order we needed for today - Sunday. but the store is closed. Thanks FedEx.

I have recently visited this FedEx to get flyers for a community meeting, and Ms. Cheryl was such a great help! She gave me advice on what I should do to make my flyer more presentable, and even gave me a chance to change those things around. Her customer service was on point, and overall, she was such a fun spirit to be around. I can't wait to come back for more flyers.
