Yeah they're not open 24 hours. If you go anytime before the sun is up you'll be greeted by an old man shaking his head no at you from the other side of the glass. They also have a MASSIVE health violation posted in the from window...so probably for the best.

This place kind of seems like a train wreck. I had a package sent here while I was away so I came to pick up. Parking out front is limited. There was only one employee in the store. I wanted 20+ mins for someone to help me grab a package. I guess the other employee was taking a long smoke break. I'm not dissing the employees, I know they're not treated well or paid fairly but I probably wouldn't ship here again.

No one is ever there to help. And when you finally get their attention, they are so mad to serve you. Ideal location but something needs evaluation !

Avoid using FedEx at this location if at all possible. There is rarely anyone available to help you. If you are lucky enough to get someone's attention, it's usually followed by rude or unhelpful service. I have zero confidence any of my outgoing or incoming packages would make it to where they need to using this location.

Store is still locked/closed an hour and 15 minutes past posted open hours. Causing me to be unable to get the supplies needed for my students.

Have gone here a couple times to pick up a FedEx package and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Most recently guy at the front had to call repeatedly for someone to come help me at the photo counter and when the dude finally emerged he gave me such a dirty look at having to do his job. Wishing there was another close spot to go to instead to avoid this awful service.

Whether it is the homeless people that the staff allows to rob them blind, or the horrible, horrible level of customer service from the pharmacy, I would never ever go in here, unless absolutely necessary, and even then under extreme protest. Management is clueless and incredibly unresponsive and rude. The employees if you're lucky enough to find enough to speak. English are very very nice. I saw somebody complained about his elderly mother, being harassed by a homeless person at the entrance, and one of the managers simply shrugged her shoulders, wanting to know what this poor guy wanted him to do.

Between this Walgreens location and FedEx, somebody lost my package. Both blame it on the other so impossible to know who’s telling the truth. On the Walgreens end, though, only 1 out of 3 people I spoke with was actually friendly, helpful, and empathetic. Didn’t catch any names unfortunately but the other two could learn a thing or two from her.

I really think they should knock on people's doors when they leave packages. Not just leave them on your step and walk away. Because we all know when they just leave them on your step what happens to your packages.
