For the past 11 years I have know Keith he has been a huge help with me either buying phone or fixing a phone that I broke. Recently my daughter wanted an I phone. I broke the iPhone I had so his son fixed another 11 and gave it to my dad for her birthday. Then because I broke that phone Keith’s son fixed another phone for me. I gave them 5 stars because when I went to Apple and T-Mobile for help I didn’t get any help other then buy another phone but at this store whenever my family needs I know I can get the help I need from them.
