Family Dollar use to be ONE of my places to shop at. This store is now one of my least favorites, I dread going in there. They are way under staffed, the employees there are rude and inconsiderate. Yesterday the cashier was nice and helpful, I felt bad because the store was packed he was the only cashier and there was one other worker who was stocking shelves, those guys are definitely over worked and underpaid.

The assistant manager was very RUDE. I purchased 2 coconut waters that were on sale for $1.90 when she rang me up it was for 3,90 so I explained to her they were on sale. I even walked back and took a pic of the sale sticker for $1.90 she started snapping on me so I immediately started recording our conversation. She said I was stealing from the store bc I said you have to honor the sales price for $1.90 she than kept yelling at me saying I was stealing. Anyway I went back the next day and told the Manager and showed him the recording. He was very professional told me he's sorry how I was treated and he would talk to her. Other than that. The store is clean but short staffed. But I like going there for things I need bc it's close to home

The store is clean and well stocked. And a nice lady for a cashier. I am glad they are reopened. Hooray!

Glad it is open. Better than it was before. Employees are much nicer, helpful and friendly.

City of Philadelphia shot it down for health code violations, there is a sign on the door with relevant info. Not sure if it's going to open back up.

Great place for quick house things, not the cleanest so I wasn’t surprised by the health department shut down last week but does anyone know if it’s open again?

This has to be by far the worst location. They do not open up at store times. And I came back to the store later on in the day. And they shut down the hole store for a hour break until 7pm. Horrible, huge inconvenience.

Overall a good selection of products and lines move pretty quickly. Aisles can be a little chaotic from customers leaving things all over the place but that's to be expected at any family dollar I've been to. Staff has been helpful in my experience and when I come up to shop, I always get what I needed and then some.

This store should be shut down . Mice infected ..smells like pics. And all employees. On the phone .this neighborhood does not deserve this store poor management. Aisle cluttered bad business
