The sign says "We're open!" The steel security shutters say "get lost"
Edit one year later and it appears nothing has changed. Tried to stop for a box of cereal, instead I got treated to the steel shutter again. I don't actually know what the door looks like, I've never seen this place open!

Update 7/18/2024…. They are OPEN NOW! Bring your own bags, they are out!!! ?They’ve been closed going on 2 weeks now. I’m not exactly sure what happened as their are several stories floating around speculating, one being that they are short staffed, another that one of the employees was stabbed and more. Either way I’m hoping every one is ok, the staff members have always been pleasant and hard working every time I shop there, which is often. This store is very valuable and an asset to this community. They are very much needed as the prices continue to skyrocket across the world so to be able to get what you need at an affordable price is very much appreciated. Hopefully they’ll be opening up again soon.

My experience at family dollar for years has been in it’s up’s and down’s, but truly I’ve never had a problem with the employees. They teamwork protecting the store from theft, and also reassuring customers safety and future household needs.Great job! Hope they are fine and to see them back in business!!

Im a patient with doctor Lubin Thomas more then 10 yes ago his my best doctor after when he retired from there they get a new doctors like revera Natalie md ext... More doctor my experience with them now very bed they always canceled my appointment lmanu times last mn and very heard to give a nother one maybe after a monthsThe stuff there very weird no respectfulAt all and they don't cear if u sick so i switch all my files and my family patients from them to another family doctor I can goved now zero star ?

I would give this Family Dollar zero stars were it possible, there is nothing redemable about this store. Walking in it is dirty and disorganized, painfully narrow aisles. The shelves were in disarray and poorly stocked.The employees/manager are impolite, disrespectful, and downright rude. The cashier makes up his own rules about what coupons the store does and does not accept and will refuse sale of items and service, then threaten to kick you out, just to make a scene with you and engage the other employee into similar threats. Furthermore, the cashier scans items and then denies sale because the item "rung up at a different price than was marked" and denies sale of item due to "store rules" without ever showing you the "different price" or providing any proof any such "store rules" absolutely exist.The employees openly showed special treatment to some and complete disregard to others. They stood socializing for long periods with their friends and showed special treatment to certain customers while ignoring the checkout line and denying sales and service to others in the checkout line.The air in the store was stagnant and had an unpleasant odor. A box fan at the register seemed to be the only means of circulation in the store besides the opening and closing of the door to the outside.I am amazed a "Brand Name" like Family Dollar would operate in such a poorly maintained and disorganized state with such outrageously poor customer service. I certainly expect more from this brand of store and hope a higher level of corporate care steps in to remodel the facility to better standards and hire better trained and more courteous staff; if not, this store should be closed indefinitely.

Unbelievable rude associates, both male employees were not even trying to ring me up and told me “take yo receipt” off the machine.

This family dollar is the absolute worst there’s a woman and a man both probably in their 40s that work there both we’re unbelievably rude and aggressive towards me for no reason. I was treated horribly the woman was yelling at me in the parking lot of the family dollar telling me “ you better not to hit my car!” when I was parking i’m not sure why she was hanging out in the parking lot to begin with I’m guessing she was on her break either way she was with a couple other people hanging out being very loud and yelling! Then once they unlocked the doors to let me in the man kept telling me to hurry up and to stop blocking his line which was not true he then proceeded to say I needed to be quiet because he was on the phone I could hear him talking to someone about his EBT CARD being missing or stolen. Maybe that had him mad so he took his aggression out on me but Either way I felt very unwelcome, uncomfortable, and intimidated by the workers here on several occasions.
