ZERO STARS!!!! Unprofessional, ghetto, poor management, inconvenient because they’re NEVER opened at 8am, and are always closed before 9pm. Poor customer service, lazy workers, disgusting store overall and they have a high turnover rate because this place just simply sucks. It’s unfortunate considering this is a good neighborhood. However, you can’t take the hood out the people I guess.

The store's inventory isn't Bad however the never have enough staff at the register. Today 3/15/2024
There is 20 people in line @ 6pm on a Friday with (1) ONE STAFF AT THE REGISTER. DISREPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMERS SMH

Slow check out product/ boats on floor. Staff was working but store is too tight for stuff on the sale flood call the field team and get that stuff put away

I went to this located on 2/2/24 at 5:30pm and they were closed. The sign on the door said open from 8am-9pm. Even on the internet the store was saying open. There was no other sign to indicate why the store was closed. Other people were walking and driving up and leaving mad .

I agree with most of the negative comments that have been made here. The store is terrible in almost every way compared to other dollar stores I have been in. And to make it even worse, things really aren't cheap here. In fact, I can usually get most things cheaper at the Acme or someplace like that. Really, what is the purpose of this place?

The store is consistently closed earlier than stated work hours end. Employees refuse to unlock doors 20 minutes before official closing time.

Went into the store Saturday night right before closing to buy detergent and use my $5 off coupon……The gentleman at the counter was reasonable……The “ manager” with the “long” black hair was VERY unprofessional……I’m not gonna put her on blast …..but I will be contacting corporate……As she stated to me “this is my second job……I don’t need this job “……well excuse me ….because I need mines…..And not only are you working one job…..your working two…..customer service at that…..if you didn’t need this job ….why would you take on a second job……dealing with the public……because you need both of your jobs…..

An extremely nice casher lady took care of me very nice and helpful.
