Great clothes but substandard customer service and return policy. It's 60 days but with tags attached. Boy those tags must be really expensive. One is attached by tied string and the other by staples. More and more stores are doing away with the requirement for original tags. Try Marine Layer which has a 1 year return policy with NO tags and no restrictions on wearing or washing. Or Brooklinen, also a 1 year return policy on sheets. or Vuori with a 4 month return policy no tags required. Faherty didn't respond to my emails so I guess they just can't deal with any criticism. Well they just lost a customer !

Big fan of Faherty’s Legend Sweater Shirt for an athletic build so I stopped in at this store at 1600 Walnut St. in Philly to try more on. I was delighted to be immediately welcomed by Kira, who offered me a beverage and gave clever insight on colors and sizes while I was there. She also successfully recommended the Jackson Crew Neck Sweater which I loved and is also now a part of my wardrobe thanks to her. I had a return/re-size issue I wanted to work out in-store, so Kira and Oran helped me out with that as well. Love the brand, and this physical location. Look for these two in-store at 1600 Walnut and they’ll take great care of you.
