Bought a chain and pendant, within 30 days the chain comes apart where the pendant hangs. Takes it back for repair to even swap; nope they downgraded my chain with no compensation or refund of any kind. Not to mention gold is sold by weight. They weighed the chain gave a price then I decided to have 4 inches cut off...they didn’t adjust the price. They take advantage of their customers. Stay clear, do your homework and just go elsewhere. and yes, it was an Ice chain and NO it was not instructed to be worn with pendant. Infact they are the ones that suggested the chain to go with the photo pendant. The chain was for a female being cut from 20" to 16".

They didn't make me feel like I was being rushed to make my purchase.
Even decided to get my ears pierced while I was here, didn't even flinch! Lol
