One of the worst experience I had friend traveling made his physical test and blood work before travel 1 day. I had to call them to receive the results and they say they had lab error and he had to come back from traveling to do it so bad customer service on top of bad communication with customers. So the whole experience is just bad and I don’t advice anyone to go there.

this office has a bad customer service from the beginning over the phone and has no knowledge of immigration responsibilities b/c of them i was losing my status please i advise y not to go there .they don't even care you face the consciousness .

They will tell you 296 for the immigration exam which is fine. And then you will do the TB exam. They will tell you if the exam is negative you won’t have to do X-Ray chest but if it’s positive you will have to do it. My TB exam was NEGATIVE, but they made me pay $127 for X-ray chest...
