I had a great experience with Bruce \\u0026 Kimberly. I needed a phone for my business that broke suddenly that day, and they stayed in store pass closing to assist me and make sure I was running for the next day!

I believe that this non corporate store compromised and scammed me from money. And it was the manager that did it! You don’t upgrade to a revel from an xr. This store is a scam. And so is the att across from it.

Went to upgrade my phone and switch from sprint to tmobile, ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Waited more than 6hrs for that to happen just for them to give me the wrgn number had to go back tried to give me items that they said was free, turns out it wasnt!
Asured me that the bill would be cheaper since it was tmobile instead, paying more than I was with sprint! For the inconvenience he offerred 50.00 credit on the bill and got nothing. DO NOT GO THE ONE AT PHILADELPHIA MILLS PLEASE!!
