I have owned my small business for 10 years and Sara Sam is by far the most helpful as well as money saving accountant I have had. I have been using her services for 4 years and have only positive things to say about her ability and service. She is very generous with her time and energy, she will talk with me on her cell phone as well as text if I need something answered fast. Emails are always returned the same day. Not to mention she pointed out two places I was able to save money that my previous accountant had not taken the time to implement for me. This year she spotted an error that my payroll company had made that was going to cost me an extra $700 due to their mistake. I never would have spotted it at all. Her prices are very reasonable and the personal attention is way beyond the average business provider. I highly recommend Sara Sam.

Being a constant procrastinator, I sent my paperwork to Excellence Tax Services last minute. Representative was professional, efficient, and informative. Received a great discount as a I was filing a simple tax return. Highly recommend!

Not the best tax service.. I'm from the neighborhood and stopped in for a Tax Consult. The two employees smile a lot, but that's about the only positive of my experience. The just didn't seem to have the tax experience I was looking for. I have a bigger business and their young age was an immediate flag. I would recommend going elsewhere for more "experienced" tax professionals. This tax service may be good for just simple tax filing, just not for businesses. Buyer beware

I'm a small business owner and found Excellence Tax Services to help do my business taxes and teach Quickbooks. The two owners Sara and Priscila were great at the start, but I soon realize they reel you in with low rates ,but soon enough they are charging sky high. Also, if you use Mac for your quickbooks, they were not knowledgable with the platform. Also, it is very hard to get a hold of them on the phone. I ended up filing late for my taxes because I had to go to another accountant. They are also new, so they are still learning how to run their business.
