The manager, Nuri, does an excellent, honest, professional work. He didn't force me anything but suggested me multiple options. And indeed he was right. I am glad that I found this reliable place to take care of my beloved Subaru Forrester. The amount that I paid was much less than the Subaru dealer estimated. Keep up with the great work!

Tom and his crew kept my '98 4Runner going for the 6 years I was in Philadelphia. It had received minimal maintenance and no inspections before I brought it to them and they got it caught up and running well with minimal fuss. It had various age-related breakdowns over the years that they always promptly diagnosed and fixed for fair prices. Two times the initial repair had issues (usually related to severe rust, not their fault) that they fixed up for no extra charge or hassle.I recommend Evan's Gulf to everyone I know in Philadelphia who needs auto repair or inspections and I'm sad I moved away and can't go to them anymore.

I’ve been using Evan’s Gulf for the last 4ish years. They have the friendliest staff, and are always willing to go the extra mile to explain car stuff to me. Prices are pretty good as well!

I've taken my car to the garage here multiple times and the staff always do a great job. Fair prices and they always call before they perform a repair and give me a cost estimate. Courteous, professional, timely, and they always keep me informed -- what more can you want?

Came in to inquire about an inspection at 8:07am. Greeted both workers at the desk. One didn’t even bother to speak and the other had an attitude. When asked about the wait for an inspection, he seemed to be annoyed. Saying they deal with inspection questions all day. I let him know that had nothing to do with me because I have never been in the store. The point is, if a customer is being respectful to the employee the employee should not immediately act annoyed by questions. If you don’t like customer service, get from behind the desk and get in the garage. No need to be sassy.

Went for one thing convinced me to get other work done and paid 1100 for work, pick up car go to work.Overheating and had battery-starter in truck and was stolen and let someone else have assess to my car and now say I need a radiator hose for another 400. They don’t help woman they rob them..

Gas prices here are almost 50 cents more than other surrounding stations. If you're in a pinch then it is what it is but if you need to fill up, the be ready to pay a premium.
