A horrible business. I brought a 2014 Dodge Journey that i only had for a little over 6 months and the undercarriage to my car caught on fire. When i contacted them about the car, all they said was "holy smokes" and to contact warranty and my insurance. I got the car towed back to them and they called and said "it looks like the GPS wire was tampered with" which i explained to them the fire Marshall had done to put them fire out. I then gave them another call and asked them how did my car catch fire and they couldnt give me an explanation. I am now left to pay off a car that i only had for 6 months. Prior to my car catching fire, my shocks were bad after 2 months of having the car and then 2 months later again i had another issue where i had to get it sent back to the shop. I will never be getting another car from them again. Today, ive been reaching to explain to them about what my warranty had covered but they will not pick up the phone ! The staff tried sending me to their other location. I just thank god the fire was not as bad as it was due to me driving to work and it caught fire and that my children were not in the car.

Avoid this business. They sold me a car that needed $12,000 in repairs. Nugzari sold me a car and lied about it not being in an accident. BMW of Marlton found all of the damage. It was in a front end collision & the damage was so severe that the engine was pushed into the firewall. The hvac distribution box (complicated plastic box that controls all of the vents) was shattered & a new one had to be ordered from BMW in Germany for $3,200, the engine had to be dropped $7,500, and the firewall had to be cut out and a new one welded in because the new hvac box wouldn’t fit because the firewall was cracked and deformed. Bruce (general manager) told me they would just pick it up, but not tell me how they would fix it. I recorded every phone call, because Nugzari said they wouldn’t honor their word. They refused to guarantee anything in writing, so I had to let BMW fix it. Bruce and Gene even sent a cheap tow truck to BMW Marlton to drag the car to their crooked Prestige Auto Repair business or to a chop shop. They wouldn’t even send an email that they were going to collect the car and fix it. They could‘ve just stolen it. A BMW 328i convertible is so low to the ground that it must have a flat bed because the rear bumper would have to be replaced from scraping the roads from Marlton NJ through Philadelphia. Luckily, I left instructions at BMW to not release the car without my permission. I was waiting for a written statement that they would assume care of the car and fix it properly. No letter was ever provided, and they wouldn’t answer my calls. Prestige even blew off the PA State Attorney General’s office for mediation. They caused me incredible pain and suffering. I was financially wiped out, and couldn’t even afford to sue. My only hope is that I can warn others, so that they don’t have to go through the hellish ordeal I had to endure. There are thousands of other places you can go to get a car.

Had a used car inspected before purchasing and these guys found major leaks and saved me the headache of buying a used car with problems. They were also willing to inspect and report on additional concerns I had. Professional and responsive team.

Came in for an appointment to service my e90 manual transmission. They told me they service these cars but when I arrived they seem to be more worried about up selling me than actually caring about the vehicle. Was told a flush and a fluid replacement isn’t the same thing.Essentially is same thing.then they said we don’t really service manual bmws. Was told to buy 15qrts of fluid I will need to exchange fluid in my transmission. My car takes anywhere from 4.5 to 6 arts.. I advise to stay away from this business quoted me 6 hours to do my service. When in reality it takes about 2-3 hrs if done correctly. And even less if just replacing fluid. Did not like that I knew information about my vehicle. And I refuse to service at this locationServices: Auto maintenance

This place is the worst. Dropped off my car to get inspection and oil change, asked them if I can picked up at 3:30 bcs I'm having a break then and I work nearby. They said yes and they'll call me when it's done,i called them at 5 since they never called me.I offered to pay them over the phone and lock my key in the car and I can get into my car using my remote starter, because they said they close at 6 and I can't leave work till 6:30. I told him that I had yo get the car tonight otherwise I can't go back home, he said yes I'll definitely get the car. The guy was so busy on the phone and said he'd call me back for the payment info, I told him 3 times that he had to call me before 5:30 because I can't be on the phone between 5:30-6:30. He said sure. He didn't call me until 5:40 and left me a voicemail telling my car is ready and I need to pay.Here I am sitting in the parking lot all the doors are closed and nobody is here, I can't drive back home without my key in the car! I understand that I have to pay to get my key back but I offered to pay over the phone and the guy on the phone wouldn't take it then. What a mess!This place is just so unorganized and I really wonder how they got so many good reviews on Google with pics inside the body shop, doesn't seem like things the customers would post. Can't trust any online reviews, my first time here, also the last. Never again.

I had a great experience. If you call at the beginning of the day they are likely able to fit you in. They explained the issue with my car very well and took the time to answer my questions. On top of it all they repaired the car quickly. Will definitely recommend.
