Stopped in for the first time this afternoon, having zero experience with MM. Staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Was in and out quickly even with registering as a new “patient.” I will be back, especially because the location is so convenient for me.

Mike was awesome. He greeted me with the most genuine smile. He was incredibly helpful and helped me understand the deals, discounts and delivery service. Frankie was equally as helpful and had me laughing. I loved the vibe here and will be back.

Great selection of products, definitely take advantage of the site+ pick up. Staff is always nice and very knowledgeable, had answers to every question I have. Also shout out to Mike the pharmacist!! Awesome dude and he definitely deserves a raise.

Customer service in the back of the store is great but the receptionist only speaks to certain customers. I came in earlier today, no word to me but when a Caucasian woman came in after me, suddenly the girl at the front desk knew how to greet people.

Marques was so knowledgeable, so patient with me, even writing stuff down for me to remember later. He even shared that he also suffers from PTSD, as I do. SO nice, excellent employee.

The employees set up and website were great and getting my prescription filled Was always easy until it wasn’t. My most recent transaction included a tempered jar of flower with only remnants left. There’s no way to find this out until you get home as everything is placed in a bag by the clerk at the front desk I called and left a voice message for the manager, including pictures of the empty jar I purchased but have not gotten any response

It was my first time at a dispensary (ever) and I truly could not have had a better experience. The entry office was super welcoming and organized, and then once I was let into the dispensary space itself, I was treated really kindly by the associate (Yaya) who really helped me understand types of flower to suit my needs. It truly was SUCH a positive experience I can't wait to be back!!

I really like the layout of the store and the fact that they don't make you feel like your in the witness protection program...Mike at the front desk is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease upon walking in the front doors.. They have a large selection of everything and have great discounts...it can get a bit confusing but the staff help you understand just what it is you getting...I just wish they used clear bottles so you can See what you getting.... And adjust the vapes so that they have a loop to carry on your keychain.. also better communication with the growers for certain strains that are popular that everybody wants that isn't often available ....# Lucinda Williams #helpful

Comparing to the other dispensaries in the immediate CC Philly area(Restore, Sunnyside, Beyond Hello, Trulieve, Curaleaf), the organization is lackluster and you can definitely discern that some of the staff consider it a chore; parenthetically providing a more cold and discourteous experience. However, Ethos has good stock, and natural selections is a bargain in-house brand.

I dropped into Ethos on Locust Street for the first time yesterday morning and was BLOWN AWAY by the customer service!! The front desk staff; Jullien and Keisha were warm and welcoming and the person inside who helped me; Tamirah (Cat) went above and beyond to make sure I was properly informed and had the chance to ask any and all questions. I also love that there are so many opportunities for discounts; SNAP, EBT, Military, Military Spouse, and First Responder as well as a 30% OFF coupon for first time customers!! Can’t wait for my next trip there.12/10 would recommend

Very good, the Locust location is the best dispensary I've been to in the city and I've tried most of them. Nice people at reception and good discounts. The staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Very proffessional - no soliciting for tips. Would you tip the pharmacist in CVS? The bud tender was so nice I actually did want to tip her! I think this is my go to spot from now on. Highly recommended.
