This housing place is very unprofessional!!!!!! They’ll tell you come in for an intake and never contact you back! Then when you’re calling them , they answer the phone all aggravated and don’t wanna help!!

Seems like some meetings I Attend here if you're not purtorican You don't get the same service. I don't think you be in a mixed community with that type of attitude. Other than that. I like this place

Esperanza is a Hispanic founded and operated agency that provides Educational Services for students in grades K through 16 as well as hosting Bachelors level classes on its campus. Esperanza also provides housing and legal services to Spanish speakers as well as ESL classes for the newly arrived. Many students go directly from the ESL classes to college classes where they can get training in Education , Esports management, Medical assisting, Community services and more. The founders have a clear and dynamic vision of providing services that help the rising tide lift all boats.

I needed to get help with filing my Unemployment claim, I rcvd an appt for 2wks & help with my issue. The staff is bilingual, helpful & patient. There's a Career link within the building too.

I approached to them for immigration relayed help. But I got reference of HIAS. And then HAIS gave me some more refrence and it goes on.....!! Otherwise, the staff is amazing and helpful.
