Love Esperanza Health Center..I have been coming to the center for years with my children. Awesome that our doctors pray with us.But calling g is horrible the call center really needs help. And it's hard to schedule or even get a call back.Also does esperanza have walkin?

The representatives on the phones are so rude. I'm trying to get in touch for some very important papers for my son and all they are doing in hanging up on my face while I try to talk. I called 5 times man. It's always something.

It was my first time having an appointment at this office the doctor was wonderful however I felt uncomfortable because of the staff. when I approached the front desk the lady started to confirm my address without me knowing so I wasn't sure what she was asking of me when she started saying my address. Then she waved her hand to tell me to go to the other room without giving me a clear direction to where I am going, for my first time at this clinic I felt lost and confused, I had to go back to the desk about 3 times just to get clear directions.
