Absolutely fantastic folks! I went to check out some engagement ring styles a few months ago and Sam was amazingly helpful. They spent plenty of time helping me compare stones and setting styles and the follow-up was fantastic. My now-fiancée then worked with Sam to build a made-to-order June ring that's absolutely stunning. It's even more beautiful than I expected and the stone that ECJ picked is gorgeous. My ring is so unique but classic at the same time. Even though our order was relatively small by custom jewelry standards, they treated us wonderfully and never tried to push us toward spending more than we planned. We ended up coming in under budget and totally happy. I can't recommend the Emily Chelsea team enough!

The best experience ever! I came ring shopping with my mom and two sisters at the very end of March, and from start to finish, the experience was 10/10. Emily S was AMAZING. She was fun, knowledgeable, and thorough. Not to mention, the ring is prettier than I could have ever imagined. I cannot recommend Emily Chelsea Jewelry enough, and I know my fiancé feels the same after his experience too!!!

We just got married and our entire wedding set is from ECJ. They helped us create a beautiful semi-custom ring with a recycled old European diamond and then get 2 bands - the process was so smooth, they are so welcoming, and we appreciate their commitment to ethical jewelry and inclusivity. I went here to purchase an engagement ring, and the salespeople are super nice and friendly, and they do great work on custom designs. The prices are fair and their customer service is spectacular. The ring was JUST what I pictured!

The highlight of my visit was working with their CAD Specialist, Natalie. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through each step of the design process. I had a vision of what I wanted, but seeing it come to life on the computer screen was truly magical. Natalie took the time to listen to my ideas, offered valuable suggestions, and ensured every detail was perfect.

I had the most fabulous experience at Emily Chelsea! I needed an engagement ring and was quite intimidated by the process, but as soon as I came in for my appointment, I was put at ease. I had the absolute best experience designing my girlfriend's (now fiancé's) ring at Emily Chelsea! From the very beginning the team was kind, creative, and detail oriented! Natalie did a wonderful job helping me design a ring that combined my fiancé's love of nature, personal style (more masculine), and my own ideas for the ring to create something absolutely perfect. My fiancé also designed my ring with Emily Chelsea and it truly could not be more beautiful. We are planning to come back for our wedding bands!

I’m obsessed with everything about this place. The jewelry is timeless while still keeping a unique flare. Their staff is incredible. Emily helped my partner and i try on rings, find my style, discuss options, etc. i never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The atmosphere is so calm and I’d like to hang out in that studio all day. I love being able to shop somewhere that has great service, amazing jewelry, and stays true to their values and ethics.

We had the sweetest and most supportive experience picking out our DREAM Montana sapphire engagement rings with Sam last March at Emily Chelsea Jewelry.
