We just purchased a home with Elan from Elkaim Property Group. This was the second time we used Elan and couldn't be happier with the services he provides. Elan has been up-front and honest throughout the process each time and has taken the time to hear our wants and needs as it pertains to our new home. He showed us many homes and shared his thoughts with regards to how long each property may last and if it was going to go fast or not (and was right just about every time). What I really love about Elan is that he is the realtor that will get the deal done when you find the house you want. I never worried that we'd lose the house to another offer, etc. because I knew once we told Elan we wanted it, he was going to make it happen. I'd highly recommend Elan as your go-to realtor.

If you are looking for a realtor definitely choose Elan!!!! I live in SC and Im relocating to Philadelphia and I came across Elan’s information along with his reviews and Im so glad that I did. Elan is amazing and is absolutely incredible at what he does. He made every step of the way easy for me and if it wasn’t something that I didn’t understand he walked me through it. Purchasing a home in a different state to some can be stressful to some but for me it wasn’t because Elan made things so smoothly for me and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you Elan for everything and again choose Elan for any of your realtor needs you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

So I have been waiting until my lease ended to write this review to warn everyone but this is the worst property management group I have ever worked with. Before this place , I had live in two apartments in the past (moved out due to relocating , then moving out a two bedroom to one bedroom) and had pleasant experiences at the past places. The company had lied to me about a free month of rent , and I had to pay an extra 1,000$. The reason is because the leasing agent ant the time, wanted to make a commission off of me.
Also , the apartment at 21 East price street apt 1a had issues with termites , roaches, mice, and neighbors being loud upstairs with their dog. The washer in the basement does not work, however there is a 24 hour laundry mat around the corner. Also, when I first moved in , the front door was not working and I had to ask my neighbor who lived across from me to open the front door. brought these concerns numerous occasions, the apartment did not care about them at all. The Maintance team they contract with who name is very not professional at all as well. I work full time and go to school full time, so I had to come home every day to a very bad apartment. Please , do not rent this place if you want your lively hood to be jeopardized. Again , this is the first time ever I’ve had an issue with any apartment.
UPDATE: because this apartment trying to play with me and my life.
First: yes yall did. The reason why it was never communicated is because the leasing agent at the time was trying to be slick and tell me over phone. He specially said “the owners want to give you free month of rent.” I remember the day I stepped away from my office desk to take his call. Y’all had a 2 hour phone with me when my money was received apologizing for the mishap. Stop trying to act like yall never finesse me out an extra 1,000$, and sign my lease early. The reason I first declined was because I still had one more month on the lease and did want to have two leases at the same time.
Regarding the termite issue: in the text below you clearly state you are mending the issue with termites. Although you said there was no active termites, there were past termites. Literally in the apartment you can see termite damage that was painted over.
When I received my apartment, it wasn’t cleaned at all.
As for the front door, it took you guys a month before your contracted maintence team to fix it. I am attaching photos to show that TRANSPARENCY. To be locked out from your home for that long is insane and to rely on people coming out to open it as well.

I had a great experience with Elan & his team. I am a first time homeowner & Elan made my transaction as smooth as possible. Yes, there were a few bumps along the way but he insured that I was comfortable & understood the what was happening. He did not rushed the sale, he insured this was the perfect house for me & my daughter. I would definitely be working with him again

Within 10 days of meeting Elan, we had contracts to sell our house and purchase our forever home. Elan and his team were great to work with and they made the processes of selling and buying as easy as possible for us. On top of that, there was a genuine sense of how much Elan cares about his clients and that goes a long way. Elan and his team were the best. They were patient with us through our reluctance to commit to a place, worked with us to expand our search, level up our price range, level it back down again when we came to reality, and they never made us feel anything except interest and support. Despite health crises that slowed the process almost to a total stop, when we were healed and ready to go again, they didn't miss a step. Totally professional handling, answered all our questions very quickly, helped us think through the downsizing process in ways we didn't even know we needed (but we did), and rejoiced with us when we found the right place at last. Until this experience, I had never felt like a realtor became a friend. Couldn't recommend this team more highly.

Dealing with this group to rent was a complete and utter nightmare. If you’re looking to rent I would literally avoid them at all possible cost. Unresponsive, unprofessional and a bunch of scammers. Stay far away. They just want your $60 for the rental application fee, just to never respond to any of your emails or voicemails!!!!! No word of a denial or approval after 2 weeks is completely ridiculous . 0 Stars

ELan did an awesome job assisting me buy the house at Elliot street. He was very knowledgeable about the market and very trust worthy as it was my first home buy and was completely a newbie about it. He was always there from day one to the last signature at the closing. Responded to all my questions and recommended professional service providers (Inspectors, contractors, etc.). That was a big money and effort saver.He is an excellent negotiator as well, as he was able to have the roof of the house fixed at 100% seller's expense. A game changer in the deal. Thank you!

We are renters who live in a building Mr Elkaim is brokering for a sale. He made the choice to intrude into our home during the Thanksgiving holiday.Yes, technically, he does have the right to enter a tenant-occupied rental to show a property, and 99% of the time, I would agree, and be accommodating. But, as the saying goes, just because you CAN do something, doesn’t mean you SHOULD. He honesty, absolutely couldn’t wait until Monday, so folks can finish the four-day weekend in peace?He called the night before Thanksgiving and didn’t provide any room for negotiation. He didn’t ask. He announced, and asserted himself as if he were issuing a command. He said, essentially, and with pronounced indifference, “We’re showing up, we have the code to your lock, we’re coming in, and we have the right to do it. You have no choice.” Then, you had the nerve to wish us a Happy Thanksgiving!
