Ok so I had to make a appointment for some paperwork to be signed and has to be returned in to my home care provider ASAP..so I was told to leave my paperwork there and then I was called and told that I can't be seen until February of 2025 ..so I stop doing business here and got a new primary care physician..bye einstein.you won't be missed..

This place hast to get their profession up, i need the follow up on something major , cant get intouch with these guys in weeks, they checks the portal but never responds, they also keep putting the wrong quantity of meds in, which makes me have to pay extra money, ridicolous im on the phone now still nobody picking up, do anyone on here have the top person information? i need a hire up, to explain more.

The physicians themselves are amazing, however the front desk personnel are honestly horrible. I am never able to get my medication because it is always a back in forth between them and my pharmacy. I can never schedule an appointment because they never answer the phones and when they do they hang up on you immediately. The only reason I have not looked for another office is because my physician is worth it but as soon as he leaves I am also leaving. It's honestly so disrespectful to the patients of this facility how little the employees care. If you can find another office please do. Its not worth it at all .....

These ppl never answer the phone. Its been 3 weeks and im still waiting to get a prior authorization that never even happened. Nobody responds or follow up. Im glad its not medication that keeps me alive bc if so id be dead.

The receptionists aren’t the warmest women. I can’t even get through the phone to the front desk. I was on hold for over an hour and then the phone hung up. You literally can’t get through. I called different days and different times. This is wild. How can people book appointments or find out info.

It’s unfortunate an office full of black women show little respect for the majority black patients and community this office serves . I waited on hold forever, just to leave my number . They then returned the call almost immediately to hang up in half a ring . Ladies do better !!! I once came in the office after not getting a response and they were walking around eating buffalo wing’s . My god , please realize there are people with serious health concerns that depend on the service you are paid to give !!!

I have been coming to this office for a couple years and as I read others reviews I have also experienced the same……but…. In the past year I have seen a big change on how they handle patients and problems that arise. I have noticed the change. I had a problem an felt like I wasn’t being handled appropriately and spoke to the supervisor who was understanding and ready and willing to find a solution. That was something I didn’t get in the past. Walking in the door and being greeted without attitude was something I didn’t get before. I’m gonna be honest when I first started coming here I didn’t like it at all but now things have change ALOT. If your reading these reviews understand that people sometimes only talk about the bad and forget to talk about the good and that is why I wanted to right this review. Now I’m not saying that what they are saying isn’t true because it could be but try them out for yourself. Work still needs to be done but they are moving in the right direction and a lot of things have changed for the better starting with the staff.

This place is horrible they lie non communicating business ever .Rude employees that hangs up on you when they think they right but quick to say all calls are recorded well let's pull up the records if u can run from this place and find a better doctor cause it's obvious they don't care about they patients it's really sad cause they really do a a great doctor but he needs to leave too they lost am gone ✌?✌? if they had a negative-0 that would have been my rating

This place is the most unorganized office of any doctor's office I have ever had the displeasure of going to or trying to call. They never answer their phone, the call center can't even get in touch with my doctor and I called them 4 times last week to get my prescription refilled. EVER SINCE Dr. Hoellien retired I have had problems whenever I need to refill my prescriptions. I finally had my prescription refilled but they forgot to put 2 refills on my prescription and I couldn't get another appointment until July 10th. So now I just picked up my prescription and it has no refills on it so I have to call the doctor's office again for the 5th time and tell them that I need refills until my appointment on July 10th. This is the most aggravating situation I have ever experienced. I have been a patient there since 1995 they have all my information in front of them and they can't even do their jobs correctly. They never answer their phone, I have to call the answering servicewhich has me on hold for an hour or more just so that they can transfer my call back to the office just to get hung up on again. Rudest receptionists. The doctors are excellent but how the receptionists act is appalling. You cannot blame being “sick” as your excuse for not being able to hear in order to avoid repercussions for your actions. If you clearly yell at someone saying GO, LEAVE, GO and shoo them away, I would not consider that as your lack of hearing but instead an act of ignorance. I hope your receptionists get the training that they need. You can see from reviews how this facility most likely does not give any repercussions to their employees.
