This place is by far the worst place ever trying to get someone to answer the phones. I am currently on the phone trying to get in contact with some for a prescription refill which I have been trying to do for over a week now. I am in the process of looking for another primary care office. Something needs to be done about the lack of front desk service. I can't even make an appointment to be seen by my primary care physician for medication management. I like Dr. Roberta Lee Powell but can't put up with this type of unprofessionalism...Very dissatisfied. :(

I went in twice in the past month. One for an IUD placement with Dr Booher and Natalie and one for a Colposcopy with Dr Davis and Evy. The doctors are great! Talked me through both procedures and calmed my fears along the way. The medical assistants were both amazing and attentive. I appreciate the patience and understanding I received from all of these women. My wait time has never been too long and everyone including front desk and the team had been respectful and polite.

The people at the front desk never answer and if they do it’s very ghetto. I’ve been trying to reach my obgyn for two months with no success. It’s horrible

I’m not sure I’ve ever left a google review, but I’m at my wit’s end with this place. They almost never pick up the phone, and you need to block off at least an hour if you want to hold out for the chance that they will. As someone who has worked in a doctor’s office before, I can’t imagine doing this to patients. Impossible to schedule or change appointments, or reach your doctor to ask even simple questions. Have been on hold for 50 minutes now, even though I was ‘second’ in the queue since calling ? it’s a shame, because the staff there the one time I was able to schedule something (through Einstein Health’s main line) seemed very nice and professional.I need a provider that doesn’t take an hour+ and multiple phone numbers to reach. I’ll be looking for a new doctor.

The care that I receive here is always good. My only issue is I can never reach anyone via phone when I need to. I need information to get a procedure done but no one ever answers the phones here or the primary practice next door. They need to hire someone just to take calls if the receptionist can't handle it.

I love coming to this location. They have parking, and the place is clean. Most importantly they provide a wonderful service The doctors and staff were friendly as well.

Living nightmare. Still straightening out their billing department about a simple sick visit from over five months ago. They continue to send me bills after they take payment by credit card. They also overcharge for every service. 100% of my experiences with Einstein in 2022 were negative. Never going to another Einstein doc again.

They do not ever call back when anything is wrong they can care less they never called in my daughter meds I cannot ever get in contact with any dr I would not recommend this clinic and very rude to patients

Just came from my appointment and everyone was so nice. I went to see Dr Moss and she helped me a lot. I don’t like going to the doctors only for the fact I’m afraid they wouldn’t see where my concern is but she made me feel heard and gave me some options.

The doctors are great but the call center is the atrocious, I have to jump through hell and high water to get an appointment here. I was told that I was being transferred to a nurse to schedule an appointment and I was put on hold for five minutes before I was hung up on. I preceded to call 5 more times to no avail. Good luck trying to see a doctor because it seems like clocking out half an hour early is the wave here
