Just came back from getting a toenail polish change...they charged me $20; the technician was rough and far from gentle; I requested a toenail polish change because I had a brace on my left foot...they didn't clean my toes nor lotion...I'm sad because my feet still look crusty but with paint....smh....this used to be my place to go for pedicures and the occasional manicure.....

They recently changed hands and the vibe is so much better without the previous owner looking over the shoulder of every tech and micromanaging their work. Very chill and laidback, good quality pedicure. This has always been my plan B when Cinderella is too busy but I might make it my plan A now!

I should have listened to the previous reviews. My acrylic full set does not look good. The shape is different from nail to nail. The length is different from nail to nail. Look at the edges. Look at how thick they are. These will grow out horribly. Also it took over 2 hours. I'm so unhappy and I have to live with these now. I'll probably go somewhere else within a week to get these fixed. Nice people. I'm sure a regular manicure would have been a perfectly fine experience but do not get a full set here.

I got a set of gel acrylic nails a little less than 2 weeks ago and wasted $75 + tip on it. Already 3 nails have fallen off, some are much wider than others, and the polish looks bad. During the appointment they switched the tech doing my nails 5 times. One of my nails was almost completely sideways-- it should've been redone completely but I didn't ask for that because I didn't want to waste time. The tech filed it to make it straighter but said it was crooked because my finger is crooked, which isn't true. I wanted a simple French tip and showed the tech a reference picture, but she genuinely could not do a French tip. Another tech came over to do it and it took 5 tries of putting the polish on and wiping it off before it looked anywhere near the reference picture. I didn't like how it looked but I was nearly 2 hours into the appt and didn't feel like waiting longer. Because of the quality I assumed it was gonna be really cheap compared to other salons in the area but was shocked at the price. When I got home I had to file the sides of almost all of my nails because the polish bled and they didn't file it themselves, and the nails started lifting 3 days after the appointment. Way too expensive for my nails to look bad and fall off in less than 2 weeks

The staff was really nice but they soaked, drilled, and filed my nails for so long that they are super brittle and hurt to the touch. I liked the work they did and they had a nice selection of colors but it took 3 hours for what is usually an hour long appointment and ended up really damaging my nails. I’ve been growing them out for a while and love having natural nails so I am disappointed that they now had to be cut all the way down to prevent further issues. My roommate had the same issue with damaged nails. If they did not soak or drill as hard as they did it would have been a better experience.Services: Dip powder

Echo nails is my go to in the Manayunk area. They give a great manicure leaving my hands fresh and clean. The women there are also very friendly and efficient!

Lucky find on my visit to Philly to attend a wedding. Family run business with friendly and loving vibe. One of the best pedicures I've ever had. Combo mani/pedi was reasonably priced. Thanks Rosa!! Highly recommend!

Recently changed management. This has been my go to for three years. Came here for the first time after the switch and I'm surprised at the large drop in quality. I tried to explain that i didn't like my acrylics as the were crooked and bumpy but was told they were fine . Wanted chrome ombré and asked if my tech knew how to do that and got told yes. Sad to say i won't be coming back here again and crossing my fingers i can fix this at home.

The salon was nice and clean and the staff was very kind. However, unfortunately the service itself was poor. I came in for a gel removal and manicure (no polish). The gel was removed roughly. I asked for my long oval nails to be trimmed - they were trimmed unevenly (I just noticed my left thumb was clipped almost to the quick), and they were trimmed into a strange squoval shape. They didn’t really push my cuticles back, and while they spent a lot of times clipping the dead skin, I walked out with little hangnails and visible dead skin. I went here because my regular salon had a long wait, but I won’t be back.

I’ve been going to Echo Nails for over 6 months and always have a great experience! I always call ahead to make an appointment, and have never had to wait. Their pedicures are affordable, relaxing and the hot stones are a huge plus. I’ve also gotten multiple gel manicures and they do a fantastic job! The techs always shape my nails how I ask and the gel polish lasts over 2 weeks. I’ve tried various different salons in the area and this is my favorite!
