The owner was beyond rude to me and would not accommodate a damp shirt I had freshly washed OR an item because it had some cat hair around the legs (mild at worst as my cat had access only to the bottom 2 inches). She insisted I purchase a! obscenely overpriced, lackluster lint roller on the spot and even then was told to come back with the item after I had thoroughly triaged the issue myself. Her attitude and lack of any modicum customer service wouldve been fine had I not found similar bronzer stains around the collar of my grey dress shirt I spent a good ammount having cleaned.This place is spitting distance from my home. I now purposely walk out of my way to the dry cleaners in northern liberties so I never have to deal with this business againServices: Special care fabric cleaning

way overpriced. was charged over $200 for 4 items to be hemmed, no other alterations. these were not even speciality items such as a gown or anything along those lines.

I needed something sewn very quickly within an hour of when they close and they so kindly helped me! They are very nice and do a wonderful job!

I brought in a very scuffed up light colored trench coat that I didn't even think was possible to restore or clean. However Girard Dry Cleaners was up for the challenge! I went to pick up the coat after it was dry cleaned and I was SHoCKED! I couldn't even believe the magic the owner worked on my coat! It looks brand new... all of the black scuff marks are no longer there! It's a miracle ....I wish I would have taken pictures of the before and after!I will be back for more magic!

I bought a secondhand bridesmaid dress that had a pull in the fabric so I stopped in to see if it could be fixed. Kyu magically fixed it in seconds and didn't charge me anything!

Incredibly kind and helpful--when I was in a bind they fixed something quickly and didn't even charge me. Other alterations places we went to didn't even want to try to help since it was a finicky job. The work that they do is really excellent, too!

I never really need much alterations, but when I do this is my place to go Ms. Jennifer is the best she's definitely a 10/10 I would highly recommend. Never had any problems alterations were great. The suit was cleaned and wrinkle free.

Been using them for years, I've had them take care of vintage, delicate, special fabrics. The only thing I don't send to every day dry cleaners are leather/fur. Otherwise everything has been great, never damaged etc. I haven't really had any tough stains to battle so I can't comment on that but all of our clothes, costumes, suits, jackets come out great ?

Brought two new blazers in to get dry cleaned and they came back a week later with a really bad smell. I took them to other cleaners and they weren't able to get the smell out. I had to eventually get rid of them which was very upsetting since I had just bought them and didn't even get a chance to wear them.

I don’t ever like leaving reviews but this place is frustrating and way overpriced for what they deliver. The owner is nice but the first time I went I paid way too much for 2 coats to be cleaned to get the pills off of them and she forgot to do that for one and I had to come back. Then I payed WAY too much to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed and she didn’t even steam it and said “you have a steamer right?” Definitely finding somewhere else.
