Ms. Elsie's services are great, but her assistants not so much. “Keisha†delivered papers to my house asking for my decease grandmother and was very rude! Never stated she worked for Caldwell Tax Services. When I said my grandmother passed and maybe you're looking for the wrong person she says “when?†with an attitude. If you're working with a business's customers you need to know how to talk to people ESPECIALLY coming to their door. Having worked with customers I know the importance of being respectful and having manners when speaking to people that I'm dealing with, not even just with customers. I was just raised that way, to speak to people with RESPECT.

Ms. Elsie is a pillar in the community by offering a range of year round services for small businesses and individuals in the community. She provides affordable expert services with compassion. She really cares about her clients.
