  A group of talented tradesman however as a result of poor management and incorrect product ordering process by Design/Sales the results and ad-hoc fixes were disappointing. The sales pitch had me meet a friendly knowledgeable project manager who was not assigned once project began. After 2 Project Managers the third missed 8 (eight) scheduled confirmed on-site appointments without notice. Very disrespectful. It took a year for dremodel due to product delays, wrong parts ordered and them accepting more work than they could manage (according to the words of the PM). No one from dRemodel management or the paid design consulting ever came on-site to review work . Major components of bathroom were incorrectly ordered. Vanity was wrong size. The Additional tile for gap from wall to vanity was not installed yet they refused return credit for cost of this tile. Design by dRemodel included all tile so that no blind could be installed on window and thus required built-in blind in windows however after waiting months the large Bathroom window was delivered incorrect size and then the replacements delivered months later was completely wrong without built-in blind and only a single pane instead of 2-panes which was standard on the other windows. If design consultant order wrong item they refused refunds. After having only baths or showering at Club for a year I was very anxious to get them out. Their solution wS white opaque window plastic (see photo). Other mistakes a professional project manager would have found and fixed were left “as-is”. It was finally explained half-way thru work while everything was disarray that my location was 45-minutes from dRemodel office and reason they did not want to travel out to visit site. Had they told truth up front I would have found an alternative.

  We've worked with DRemodeling twice, once in 2019 to redo our bathroom and most recently in 2023 to redo our kitchen dining room. We've had great experiences both times and here's why: Devin, the designer at Dremodeling works with you to explore the best use of the space. She shares multiple designs drawn in a way that really allow you to imagine what it will look like. Devin will also help pick materials or you can do that on your own. It's great to be able to pick from what they have in the showroom, but also incorporate things from other places. We picked light fixtures and appliances from other places and cabinetry and pulls and hardware from their showroom. Second is the transparency of pricing and schedule. You get a breakdown of what all things will cost by labor and materials. It allows you to adjust according to your budget. The schedule they provide is virtually a day-by-day accounting of what will happen when. In our experience, with two big projects, they stayed mostly on schedule, with our big kitchen/dining room project taking about 10 weeks. Finally, the people coming in to do the work do an excellent job. Dewit was our carpenter lead for our kitchen/dining room and his work was meticulous. He led a team that showed up on time; got a lot done each day; did high quality work; and cleaned up after they left. We'd use the team again, for sure.

  After having two bathrooms beautifully remodeled two years ago, I contacted dRemodeling to redo a den to include built-in cabinetry and display shelves. Designer Devin is exceptional. She went above and beyond to create a space both functional and gorgeous.Carpenter Dewitt is a skillful craftsman and woodworker.Both Devin and Dewitt - and all of the personnel with whom we interacted were/are pleasant, patient, and personable.I highly recommend dRemodeling for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

  We worked with dRemodeling on the renovation of our kitchen. Our kitchen, from what we could tell, had not been updated since the 90's - dark wood, dark countertops etc. On top of that we are expecting our fist baby in December so our timeline to design and complete the kitchen was extremely strict. We ended up picking dRemodeling because of the following 1) Transparent pricing 2) Design staff - we worked with Emma who was incredible. I didn't have to source a single thing - a dream 3) Their team is all on their payroll so you are not dealing with subcontractors which was really important. 4) They assured us over and over that they could complete the kitchen by December.From start to finish the demo/build process could not have been smoother. Their team was professional, kind, courteous, and just overall really nice people. Every day they would take the time to clean up and vacuum which really meant a lot to us. They also covered up some open wired areas to ensure our puppy didn't get into trouble which was so nice of them.If there was even the slightest issue they contacted me and we worked to resolve it and they sent regular progress updates which I appreciated so much.The kitchen was completed on time and on budget and we are just beyond thrilled. If the time comes to redo our bathrooms I won't hesitate to use them again too. Working with dRemodeling has been such a positive experience!

  We hired dRemodeling to renovate and old bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The project was more than just a facelift; the team expanded the footprint of the room and installed a shower where only an old tub was before. We interviewed three companies before choosing dRemodeling and went with this company because of how comprehensive and professional the services appeared. Our first impression was spot on. The team was on time every day and worked very cleanly, minimizing the unavoidable mess with construction as much as humanly possible. Our project manager and designer were very communicative and responsive. When issues arose - which they will - dRemodling worked with us to find solutions.   Firstly, want to give a personal shoutout to each person who worked on our kitchen, from beginning until it's final days (and I'm sorry if I missed anyone as there were a lot of people!): Amber Tri Vinnie Caio Justin Mircea Zu Pete Mikey Dan (owner) Teamwork makes the dream work--a true sentiment! My husband and I had been wanting to remodel our kitchen but the hardest part was finding an honest company with a great reputation and plentiful, honest reviews. I think I had a list of final 2 but dRemodeling won our business because everything is done by them. Our first meeting was with our assigned designer, Amber, and she is as talented as is patient and helpful. She was super transparent and explained the process from beginning to end. She walked us through pricing, options, timelines, and anything else that goes into a remodel. She kept in contact the entire process and was always a quick call/email away with answers to any additional questions that sprung to mind. What I really, really valued from dRemodeling was the fact that they have their own demo workers/installers. I did not want to work with a company that used 3rd party contractors because there isn't much liability. And it's really hard to find a GC and trust them to complete a job well done if it isn't a referral. Everyone that came through wore a company t-shirt, was professional and polite. Tri was our project manager and he was so goooood. He would check-in to the home regularly and ensure things were moving along and getting done the right way. We had an issue with getting our brand new counters into our city house but Tri was able to track down ample people to make it happen the day of! A true gem to say the least. Even when the project concluded, there were a few minor little things I noticed after-the-fact but it was immediately resolved the very next day (no delay, no questions asked, just a resolution). And lastly, Dan, the owner. I didn't have much interaction with him but he did call me mid-way through the project to ask for any feedback (both good and bad) and see how things were. It says a lot when an owner takes great pride in their businesses; I respect that immensely. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience that adhered to our budget (a little over but by own requests) and timeline. In fact, the project start time was able to be pushed up. Thank you dRemodeling--you are all stars and we are overly satisfied with our new kitchen.

  We recently completed a first floor master suite addition to our home. This included converting a back porch to a bedroom. This was the third time we used D Remodeling. Once again we were very pleased with the entire project: from working with Devin again on design to the execution by a team of very professional & dedicated artisans. Shout out to Shayna who created the most beautiful, zero threshold shower. There are always issues when working on an older home, but DRemodeling always was able to figure out the most reasonable & cost efficient fixes.   We remodeled our kitchen this winter through dRemodeling, selecting them because they were transparent about the potential time/cost and answered our many questions promptly. The entire crew, from design to finishing touches, were polite, professional, and very thorough. They were able to work around constraints inherent in a 120 year old house, with the resulting kitchen being both modern yet very welcoming. We are very happy with the end results, and will be looking for their assistance when we begin our next project (bathroom redo).

  DRemodeling did an amazing top-to-bottom remodel of our kitchen. We were impressed by the quality of their work, their attention to detail, and their responsiveness and flexibility, from the design process through to the finishing touches. They coordinated the many steps of the process seamlessly and completed the work within the timeline they gave us and for only slightly more than the original estimate (and the extra expenses were because of unexpected issues with the subfloor and electrical wiring in our old home).   DRemodeling redid our kitchen and dining room, knocking down a wall and completely revisioning and restructuring the space. It is tremendous and we're so happy. Our lead tech was Dawit D and he was awesome. He led the project smoothly, did great work, was lovely to work with, and suggested and implemented some really nice additions, like lights built into some shelves.

  Looking to re-do our sad, original 1958 hall bath, we first talked to a couple high-profile local kitchen & bath specialists, but were gobsmacked by their cost estimates. At the same time dRemodeling had just completed a big project in a neighbor's home. We were immediately impressed by the quality of their job and soon found ourselves in dRemodeling's showroom with a much more down-to-earth estimate. Their specialist Amber guided us through the design phase and materials selection with fresh ideas and detailed renderings. Our project started on time and finished ahead of schedule. From material delivery, to demolition, to installation, the dRemodeling team was like a well-oiled machine. Their techs are detail oriented, communicative, neat and responsive to our concerns. They seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. After completion, we had a few small punch list items and these were taken care of very quickly.   We worked with Dremodeling to redo our kitchen and we could not be happier with the results! Emma helped design our vision and worked closely with us to ensure we would be happy when it came time for the project to start. From there, Tri took over the project management and was always responsive to any issues that arose. They initially estimated 6-8 weeks for demolition and renovation and finished on time (if not on the earlier side, which was a nice surprise as I was prepared for it to be longer). Dawit and Gabon completed the bulk of the remodel project and were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They were clean, courteous, polite and did some truly gorgeous work - see the pictures for yourself! As someone that works from home full time, I couldn't tell you how nervous I was for this remodel and how it would affect my day-to-day obligations. I had zero issues with noise/interruptions, which I am so, so grateful for.One thing I really appreciated was how Dremodeling and their team handled unforeseen issues. One that came up during the remodel process was our old staircase - it was steep and covered in old carpeting so it didn't match the LVT tile that we had put down a year or so ago. Dawit and Gabon were able to rip up the old carpet, put wood treads down and add more drywall above so the new wall was seamless with the side of the stairs. They stained the wood to perfectly match the LVT tile and even installed these cool treads that created wider, alternating ledges that make going up these steep stairs so much safer - even my dogs have figured out how to use them! All of this work was additional as well, and they STILL managed to finish the project in an incredibly timely manner.In conclusion, awesome designs, awesome people, awesome quality of work - you can't go wrong. I'm planning on redoing my toilets next year and Dremodeling will be my first call!Services: Kitchen countertop installation

  We chose dRemodeling for two large projects, and we're very satisfied by their organization and quality of work. Their team helped us create a beautiful primary bathroom. Since the previous space was impractical, we recreated an entirely new bathroom with dRemodeling, who helped us with layout and design. The tiles were placed flawlessly and the electrical work was great. The dRemodeling team was very patient with perfecting every detail to our satisfaction, and each employee was very competent and respectful of our home.Our second project was to remove an existing exterior wall to install a garage door, which required coordination with city permits and a structural engineer. They took meticulous care to refinish the internal garage space and to border the garage door properly. Since dRemodeling only starts a project when all the materials and fixtures are present, we did not have to deal with supply interruptions or prolonged construction. Without hesitation, we would recommend dRemodeling to anyone in the Philadelphia area. Their fees are very reasonable and they are worth the investment.Services: Tile work installation
