I’ve dealt with a fair amount of linen companies in my 25 year career of owning multiple pizzerias. I’ve only had to cancel two linen companies. One was simple. I canceled for poor service and that was it. Domestic, however, has been quite an issue. Just a warning to anyone considering them. They are more expensive than most but promise impeccable service. Their linens/service include:
Cigarette burns in aprons
Broken strings on most aprons
Stained rags
Promise to fill all paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers as well as air fresheners. Instead they leave you refills(if you ask) and you fill yourself
They skip weeks with no warning and you chase them
Once you cancel they claim you signed a 5 year contract(never did)
After you cancel they don’t service you, but still Charge you.
After my experience, I don’t know why I’m surprised that they can’t handle a cancellation any better than they can service their clients. Still waiting for a call back after receiving their silly threatening letter. I have text messages from employees and surveillance footage of all of my claims. Good luck!

Horrible company!!! DO NOT USE! Their employees steal. They dont provide the services you pay for. You can complain all you want and they still dont fix the issues.

This company should be investigated for their business practices. I started service in 2020 with a list of things I get billed for. Every week I do not receive what I am paying for and kept getting charged more money. I called to cancel and get was told that my contract automatically renewed without my knowledge and the manager told me if you want to cancel your service your going to have to pay me. You have my full and undivided attention now and after I respond to your bogus legal letters I am going to report them to the better business bureau and further. Instead of manager saying what can I do to retain your business he is telling me if you want to cancel your going to have to pay. Absolutely not. I will make sure that they get investigated. If the manager spent more time on customer service rather than trying to muscle people maybe the company would not even need these bogus contracts and would keep all their customers.

2 months of no showing and still charging while giving us the runaround. Then after canceling their payments they try and claim a $3k contract termination fee...worst service ever!

I have had their service for 2 years nowin my restaurant.."because I am stuck in 3 year contract"..and they definetly will sue you if you break the contract..absolutely horrible..the worst drivers and the worst managers..seems like they are always short of people so the managers go out sometimes to deliver and noone is there that you can talk to..and believe me you will contact them a lot because of lousy service...and when they have drivers most of them are very bad with very bad attitude..they overcharged me lots of times..tons of times they never even show up because noone wanna work there i guess...overall probably the worst company I have ever dealt with..please read other reviews carefully before contacting them because once you sign their contract..you are stuck with their horrible service for few years..there are definitely much better companies out there..even if price is little higher..I will never do business with them again.

Horrible management rude driver didn't bring me linen for a whole month I call n they gave me the run around I call canceled Business with them n a month later bring me linen left it in the alley I told driver take the linen and take the dirty ones that was sitting in the restaurant for a month I reported driver was always rude screaming in the restaurant I report him they did nothing about it bad management and they try to Bill me for the weeks they left me without linen smh

This company is absolute complete garbage and I hope someone takes them down. A sales rep came to my shop repeatedly when I opened trying to get my business. He insisted it would only cost me a certain amount of money every month, so I finally agreed. NEVER saw that sales rep again and then started getting charged more and more on my invoices. Then the drivers stopped delivering. Then a district manager came by and blamed me for not telling their office that their drivers weren’t delivering and demanded I still pay for rags I never received. After a lot of back and forth, I finally got in touch with my sales rep and he practically begged me to keep the service and promised there wouldn’t be anymore issues. Two weeks later a driver shows up with an invoice for more than we were supposed to be charged. He told me I had to take it up with the office and there was nothing he could do about it. There were words exchanged, the driver slammed my door when leaving, and I almost called the police to get him off my property. We finally paid off the contract just to be done with them and they are still sending us invoices. Talk about complete lack of professionalism and just flat out immoral business practices.

This company is not responsible, they do not keep the uniforms clean and they change employees constantly and they do not bring the products constantly. Many times I run out of uniforms for my employees and I call the company and they do not give good answers. Too much stress to work with this company.

I've held off writing this review for a long time. In the midst of the pandemic, domestic was unable to deliver product to my newly opened business. Deliveries were late and I gave them chance after chance to be on time and make things right. I began bleaching linens and hanging them dry over night to operate my store. I should receive payment for the product, time and effort I took to do THEIR JOB. The contract was not being upheld by domestic, they were not executing deliveries as contracted. I informed them of this and told them I cannot operate this way. They stopped showing up all together and I hired a new company. 11 MONTHS later I get a letter from their "lawyers" aka the owners that I was in breach of contract. I agreed to finish out the contract with them to end in February of 2023. I sent my certified letter to end the agreement on time. I called and spoke to Tom and he told me the final delivery would be in the middle of February. I paid the two weeks of deliveries in February, domestic collected their linens and I thought all was well and over and I could move on. WRONG. Now they are threatening again with legal action for the last two weeks of February and are claiming I kept their linens and want payment for them ($1,000). At the time I was a brand new small business owner when I hired them, learn from me and go with another company and save yourself the headache that is domestic uniform. Also, they will continually increase your bill without explanation. Account 4811

The sales man lied straight to my face saying 30 days notice and no penalty to cancel. They mailed me contract 3 months after he was here. Only after I repeatedly requested to cancel. Purposely took it so I couldn't read it. Now threatening to sue me. I tried to cancel after 1st delivery. They never met the quoted price. I was closed because of Covid and they billed me. Terrible company. Owned by lawyers. Do Not Sign with them Extremely dishonest with rude drivers
