Open on Labor Day, staff was friendly. All the extremely short staffed prices are what you expect. Cleanliness... Needs improvement. We're overall no different than any other Dollar tree I've been to in Philadelphia.... WHY IS IT RIGHT NEXT TO FAMILY DOLLAR THOUGH??

The story is very dirty half the products are still in the Box sitting on a cart not on the shelf and stuff is thrown all over the store it looks a mess

Store is ok, alot of certain items are out of stock. All in all just an average Dollar Tree, nothing spectacular.

Good dollar tree...went in to buy disposable coffee cups...and nothing else!! Left after spending 60 dollars and then realized after arriving home, we forgot the damn cups. Always find cool stuff to buy here and the staff is always great (even though they are overworked and underpaid)

I went in for a specific item last night and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by there assistant manager Donnie the item I was looking for was not on the shelf but he actually took the time and went in the back and found a case so I bought the whole case they must have a great store manager because everytime i enter this store the staff greats me like family and makes me feel welcomed I love that store.

Hi my name is lauryn my son was playing soccer last night in the tioga nice town section of philadelphia last night I entered the family dollar located on frankford avenue in philadelphia and I never been treated so rudely in my life I've been a district manager for target for ten years now I asked the associate at the register if she could help me locate an ace bandage for my son who sprained his ankle at soccer she told me it wasn't her job her job was a cashier I asked if anyone else could help me he said lady I'm going on break you have to find someone else I left very upset and angry I've been in retail for so long and and not once have I been treated this way I left the store and seen there was a dollar tree located at 3141 frankford avenue next door I went in there and was greeted right at the front of the store better than I've ever been in any of my other target stores I asked the young man his name he said his name was Donnie and he was the new part time assistant manager at this location he seen I was very upset he helped me find an ace bandage and an ankle support right away and some other items I also needed took me right to the register and waited on me right away I wish I had 30 assistants like this young man. the stores we're like night and day the young man renewed why I love shopping in dollar tree especially that store everytime I'm in there the customer service has always been better than actually any targets I have ever had.after leaving family dollar I was never going to walk into another family dollar our dollar tree again I didn't know if there was an email our website our if anyone knows the store manager our district manager I would love too thank this young man again I was still shaken up by the incident in the family dollar and wasn't able to give a proper thankyou.

Only complaint is the staff seemed lazy just standing around talking to one another as if customers weren't there?Also shelves seemed a little bare ??Other than that all was good

This is the best dollar tree I ever been to.Everytime I go in to this store I always find what I'm looking for & when I don't Manager Solmarie always offering her assistance & find what I'm looking for.She is very helpful polite & respectful young lady.
