This store is dirty. The carpet doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned properly.
The manager is rude and most times the shelves are nearly empty. I will go to the one on Ridge it’s much cleaner and the store is stocked, staff is very friendly and helpful there.

I popped into this store while I was in the area for a list of items. When I was there, the AC unit was a miss, so the store was hot. But the staff was making the most about the situation. I was able to find all but 1 item on my list. This location was the most stocked store I had been in while in the Philly area. I am new to Philly; reside in an area where that Dollar Tree looks like barren shelves and very little product. I am glad I was able to find this store with it's well-stocked shelves.

What a DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY place! The front store glass has never been cleaned ever. The entire carpeted floor looks like it's never been vacuumed, and between the 2 cashiers, there is a giant nasty looking spill that's been there for years. This place is a hot mess!

I typically ignore the rudeness at this location because I’m running in for a thing or two. Also because it’s a five minute walk from my home. But today I had time to leave a review. The older women there are so rude today I had Barbara. No greeting just took my things and rang me up. Starting having side conversation with the older gentleman that works there. I work in customer service and retail and I know how I should be treated. It’s sad they think they can do what they want there. I may just drive that extra mile and go to the one on Ridge Ave.

This Dollar Tree was so clean and organized. Need more employees.I was visiting from NY, and our Dollar Tree doesn't look as nice as this one in Philly.

The workers are very rude and have attitudes when asking for balloons.the store is always messy. This use to be a really nice establishment. They all literally outside smoking when customers need help. It’s very disorganized and dirty on the inside

Today you get 3 stars for 2 reasons- the store is a crazy mess of boxes, inventory everywhere- but the main reason is the man that just checked me out at the front. Boy oh boy does he need to go back to the training room. I woke up and I am super nice as I always am smile and I greet the cashier not the other way around he stares at my basket and I say would you like me to take everything out of the basket onto the counter or leave it in the basket and let you check it this way. His response was slow but he says “either way whatever you want” so I leave the items in after starting to take out 3-4. After he scans the few on the counter he stops. Completely. He stares at my little shopping basket. Says nothing. Sooooo I say “would you like me to take the items and dump them onto the counter?” He says this time “yes”. I guess the second personality answered this time. He waits for me as I take all of it out…5 customers behind me watching. No words to me. As he’s ringing up he starts talking to the other cashier about his lunch and getting out of there. When done he simply says “have a nice day”. Well I was having one until you kinda popped on it. :(

Dirty store. Never enough help at the registers.This is the Andorra store. Ivy Ridge shopping Center store always clean, very friendly personnel.

Always good place to get a dwal. Why did $1 store go upto $1.25? Its terrible because we are getting the same things and with tax its $1.35..Stores are gouging now..better not go up again. For what???
