I shop here weekly. I appreciate the kindness, effort, and professionalism I've experienced as a customer. Everyone I've encountered here was gracious and helpful. I pray this location stays here because it is a staple in this community. I'm always happy with the selection of merchandise, and if it isn't in stock, I know it's a hot item. They make great use of the square footage, and every aisle is organized. 5 stars to their team and management. I will continue to shop here indefinitely.

I love Dollar Tree but yesterday I had a really bad experience at this one , the shelves were empty and really disorganized with a lot boxes on the aisles blocking the way, but the worst thing happened when I went to the self checkout registers , I was in line when a woman asked Are you in line? I said yes then a cashier came from somewhere and told to the woman behind me (Arrived after me) (You can come here to pay) without asking me anything ,I said ok .
When I was paying at self checkout there wasn’t no bags and I needed one , there was a worker next to the my register ( talking with a friend and no taking any cares of the customers needs) so I paid , I carried Everything on my arms and I promised to myself this is (The First and Last time ) I won’t come back here never again.
I felt really bad because I really love Dollar Tree.

Great location & are usually stocked but their customer service is horrible & they always close early. I was there a few days ago & they closed at 8:45pm. They weren’t letting anyone in after 8:45 & the employees were screaming across the aisles cursing & gossiping. Honestly the employees need to be retrained.

It’s a black lady with glasses that works here horrible customer service. I was in line while she was cursing up a storm telling the (what I’m guessing is her supervisor) how everybody is pissing her off and how she’s angry with the last customers. She Didn’t speak to anyone in line, didn’t even say anything when handing the receipt over.

My recent visit to Dollar Tree was disappointing due to the poor customer service and operational issues. The staff’s engagement with customers was strange and lacked warmth, with many seemingly more focused on enforcing pointless policies than on enhancing the shopping experience. Additionally, the store struggled to effectively handle employee call-offs, manage lines and registers, and maintain cleanliness, especially for families with small children. While the store offered a wide variety of affordable products, these operational shortcomings overshadowed the overall experience. Dollar Tree would greatly benefit from reevaluating their customer service approach and implementing more effective operational strategies to improve the shopping environment for all customers.”

Cashier was rude! She was on her phone the whole time of my transaction; on top of that her delivery on my card being locked she yelled “declined”. NEVER WILL I EVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!

The staff is always friendly. There never seem to be enough of them, but the kids work hard and wear their smiles. The store's selection is always good. They keep it clean.

alway use to come but stop coming because heard her they were treating my little sister like a slave doing other people cart they suppose doing their own stock they treating new worker like slaves and barley on time never going back to this store again I was standing at the door knock standing for atleast 5 min waiting my lil cousin just came out talking about someone making a threat to store sat not to far from the store just watch nobody came not even the cop saw then just chatting in circle even had had a friend of mind don't live that far she saying they still letting people in.
