The staff here are so kind and helpful. Also, they typically have dogs for adoption, and you can visit them and take them for a 30-minute walk. I was never pressured to adopt them, just thanked for giving them some exercise.

Dreadful experience from start to finish. Booking, check in and pick up were all a struggle. Haircut is the worst I’ve ever seen. Zero talent. Wretched store.

Great customer service! I think his name was Billy, but he gave me great advice on which cat food I should get. It didn't feel like he was trying to make a sale off of me, it just felt like a natural conversation. This location's a bit larger than the other stores. Great on supplies and healthy food. You can pet the dogs up for adoption there which is hands down the best part of going there!

I’ve been walking the adoptable pups at doggiestyle for over 5 years. The location on Passyunk is more than just a pit stop, it has become a second home. The reason for that is the team working there. Ashleigh and Madelyn are two extremely caring and welcoming teammates who take the time to get to know their customers and walkers. And a shout-out to Jesse and Amanda who had become like family. Genuine kindness of staff matters. Especially when in the business of helping pups. Check out this location!

Look at what the results were from a shaggy Pomeranians first grooming experience. Gryffin was severely abused, resulting in the loss of an eye. We never thought we would find a groomer who would work with us. Karen, you made two people feel like they have a real "dog". The journey has been long and you just made it that much better. Thank you!

I get stuff there for both my fur babies. I love the collars I got for my little dog. And it's the only store in the area that sells the only dry food my cat will eat. Nice selection staff friendly.

Had the best grooming experience with Juno! It was the cutest cut my dog has ever come out of the groomers with.

they are unprofessional they gave me an appointment for I needed it, my dog to get washed and for her to get a haircut. When I brought her in on Thursday this past Thursday, they gave her a premium wash, which I don't even know what that is. Then they gave me an appointment for Saturday which is today for her cut when I brought her in. They said oh no you're next Saturday I said oh no the young girl that works in there told me this Saturday first of all you screwed up I didn't get my Dogwood. I made an appointment for a wash and a cut that was the first time and the second time they put me on the wrong date. They told me today which is Saturday and I went in there is the following Saturday, very unprofessional, I'll never go there again. Also, they get paid $20 or more to pick up your dog. If you live in the neighborhood they pick and choose who they want very unprofessional. I guess that's their decision to pick up the dog and bring the dog home for the 20 bucks only if you live in a block area, there are other people who live in a block radius, but they won't come and pick up the dog they pick and choose who they want to do for the $20. The girls that give out the appointments are very unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all of what they're doing that was my first time there and my last time there.Carla . M

Honestly it’s just price gouging at this point. The bag of treats I buy for my dog used to be $16-18 there and now it’s $32. The same bag is $20 online. I’d love to support local businesses, but unfortunately the market operates on competition, not charity, and their prices are absurd, even for a post-covid, inflated world. I only go if it’s unavoidable.

I used to love taking my dogs here for their bath but they recently made a switch to booking with their app, which isn't functional. No big deal - I figured I would call instead. When I called to make an appointment, I was given attitude because I had to book on the app. When I explained my issue they put me "on hold" but actually forgot to hit the hold button. When the employee spoke to someone else about the situation, the other person replied and said "yeah- we've been getting a ton of calls about that". They finally decided to try to book an appointment but after throwing some dates around, they hung up on me and they was the end of that.

We've brought our dog to four different groomers in Philadelphia and this Doggy Style location is by far the best. The staff here really loves dogs and they've gone out of their way to give our very hairy, aging Aussie some TLC that addresses his problem areas. They've always finished on time and find ways to keep grooming costs down. Both of which, we really appreciate.

The assortment of pet toys is good, but the prices are literally ridiculous. Over double the amount for the same toys on Amazon. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but their outrageous pricing makes it a very bitter pill to swallow.

Karen is hands down the best poodle/mix groomer in the city. I’ve recommended 8 different people to her and all have been thrilled with her. The store clerks are friendly and the product selection is good. Very much recommend
