Great customer service. The man who owns the store saved me a ton of money and a headache by explaining a heater system to me. Didn't buy anything but didn't need to thanks to his expertise and experience. Thank you for your help!

Is this place closed? I went here 11am on a nice Saturday and the door was locked with nobody answering the phone… I went out of my way to walk here since Google said it was open…

Arrived at the store, 9:31am on Tuesday, August 17th, 2022. Place was dark and padlocked despite Google saying it was open. No answer on phone.

I called Lee’s Hardware to ask a question about a hard to find item and was hung up on before I could even finish asking my question. Just wow.I recommend going to Rittenhouse Hardware two blocks away instead. They will put you on hold to check for the item, ask other staff, and recommend where you might find the item if they don’t have it. Don’t give Lee’s your money.

Stopped into Lee’s after a trip to The Bakeshop on 20th and was happy to find a fully stocked hardware store with ample space to look around. The gentleman at the checkout counter was very helpful. He joked that I was the first person to ask for scissors in as long as he could remember ? The store was well organized and seemed like it had everything you could need or want.

I had product delivered from the manufacturer to Lee's hardware this past weekend and had such a great interaction with them! I would definitely recommend this business. Not only were they helpful and responsive letting me know that my order was there and ready but also went above and beyond helping me get the product to my home. They absolutely did not have to help me on that end but they went out of their way to be sure that I got my items quick and easy. I will for sure keep them in mind for anything else I might need.

Had a wonderful experience with the employee who works Saturdays! He was so helpful in finding things in this Gem of a store down the street from me. Which is extra convenient to have a store with so many options in the city. Also, with Covid they have an abundance of Lysol Sprays and Wipes which is a big plus!
