The whole experience was terrific. I called the office and spoke with Casey after injuring my foot. Casey was warm and friendly. She set out to find me an appointment that worked for me. She took the initiative to call me back after speaking with the Dr. to accommodate my needs. Dr. Austin treated me. He was thoughtful, thorough and very instructive. I felt he completely understood my situation and we reviewed a treatment with options at each stage. I left the office with less pain and a confident feeling I found the right place.

The practice manager/receptionist has a very nasty attitude. She just hung up on me after I asked to speak with her manager because of the way that she called me no introduction or anything of the sort. No hello, Hi or any type of welcome when she called my phone she’s horrible.

Dr. Austin and his team are awesome. They will take good care of you and listen to your foot problems. They give it 100% and then some. I highly recommend them trust me you won't regret the choice.

My experience at Philadelphia Podiatrist was great. Courtney was super nice and very knowledgeable. She made my appointment very comfortable and put my concerns at ease. Id keep going there just to see her everytime. Very professional. Lorraine was also super nice and friendly!

Great experience here so far- from front desk, to assistant, to doctors- everyone has been polite & efficient, and made me feel comfortable. Listened to my concerns and were all helpful. Glad I found them!

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to get me in! The staff were knowledgeable and put me at ease about my foot concerns. Chloe was helpful in the check in/out process and was accommodating to my scheduling needs! Would definitely recommend this office!

Spoke to Chloe answered all my questions. Very friendly. Spoke to Lorraine the office manager was able to direct me to see a specific Doctor. Recommend to anyone!

Chloe, the front desk receptionist provides excellent customer service with a smile. The office staff is very accommodating and friendly. Dr.Austin is AWESOME! He is very caring and thorough.

I am so glad I made my appointment to see Dr. Austin!! I could not recommend a better team than his! Just from when I spoke to the receptionist I believe her name is Chloe I knew this doctor’s office was going to be great. I have been seen by many different doctors over the years and have never experienced the care they had. I especially want to point out Toren who is part of his team. He listened to all of my concerns and showed great expertise!!

AMAZING Care team! Dr. Austin is fantastic. The receptionist Chloe was very polite and professional she made checking in quick and easy! The medical assistant Toran was also very helpful in answering any questions I had while waiting for the dr. From doing my X-rays and figuring out my brace he was very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the staff is very patient since I am severely disabled. They made my experience the best. I will be recommending them to anyone.

Dr. Austin’s office and staff are INCREDIBLE. I have literally never met a more understanding, and caring medical team. This is my first time going to this office for my daughter. They went above and beyond for us all the way from the beginning. Absolutely recommend for everyone.

Dr. Austin is the most extraordinary doctor. I would definitely recommend his services. His work is highly commendable and you wont find a doctor and their team that puts in as much effort and shows that they care as much as his!!!

Dr. Brooks and her whole staff are fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about her job. Her staff treats you with such kindness and respect. They are all professional. I really enjoy going there. She has helped me so much. I am a diabetic with neuropathy sometimes. Thanks again for this wonderful doctor and staff. I have been blessed to find her. ?
