My mom had a good experience and offered me a referral. However, there’s only one mechanic and they tell you what you want to hear to get you to leave your car and four days later you still don’t have the job done. Unacceptable and their prices are outrageous. Do not use this auto shop that poor mechanic is so overworked

Very friendly customer service... Will definitely return…update 7/28/23 went to get my car inspected ($78 total ?) today. Employees are still very friendly. Just a friendly reminder, this place charges a fee if you use your credit card which I wasn’t aware of until after they swiped my card. I'm going somewhere else next year...

Purchased a vehicle in January that had inspection stickers from this place for November.The state of the car at purchase was impassable and there is no possibility that within 2 months of City driving this car had rusted to that point.I kept the car clean and protected throughout the year so no further rust could develop so there is no fault on me for its issues.I fully believe this inspection station is selling stickers or lacks the expertise to properly inspect vehicles.

Rented a U-Haul for my son for college. What was supposed to be done without interaction with anyone was false. Dolly's we're not in the truck had to ask for what we had already done online. Pay attention to what a customer is requesting.

These guys saved my life last week. I moved to California, and rented a trailer from uhaul, which is always a messy ordeal. After driving from location to location all morning, I finally ended up here where these guys told me my reservation had been moved yet again to another spot in the northeast. I was about to lose it, but the owner made a call or two, and got uhaul to move my reservation to their location. They secured my trailer, safety tested it, and had me on my way in no time at all. I can't speak to the auto service stuff, but these guys will absolutely look out for you if you need help and I think they're a small business with owners who possess a rare thing: character. Would eagerly do business with them again if I still lived in Philly. Thanks boys!

I need an emissions test to send to Arizona, and these people kept treating me like a criminal, eventually telling me they can't do it until my registration is up to date (which I can't get until I get an emissions test). I just want an emissions test, you test emissions, why treat me like a criminal?
