Edit: Nov. 1st. The property has been sold to Greystar
Getting better and better at managing this property. Very clean, almost have the lobby and hallway cleaned every day or every other days of the week.
Maintained responded to my request for a broken/fallen drawer extremely quick ( within 2 hours of report, which to me was surprising).
Although Fetch is a pain sometimes, they have been consistently good with their delivery timing, making managing packages when away or on holiday much easier.
Overall a great experience living with NorthXNorthwest, and I would highly recommend for at least a tour!
Edit (10.23.23): Interesting that their responses are just copy and paste replies, but they didn't even check it before submitting it here on google map. The reply has repeated sentences :)

Touring here with the NorthXNorthwest staff, specifically Blaise, was an incredibly effortless and productive process that made choosing an apartment simple. The self-guided tours was a great way to independently move at your own pace without the pressure of making any decisions or having a time restriction. I can’t wait to leave here in the next coming weeks.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment management is excellent, and the environment is wonderful. The location is very convenient with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The view is also amazing, with a beautiful cityscape. Most importantly, Jailyn Adams has been incredibly helpful, always addressing my concerns and resolving issues quickly and efficiently from the moment I moved in. I’m really happy with my decision to live here.

Beautiful compound and smelled delightful! Jailyn Adams, my leasing agent, was super helpful and kind. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was very attentive with my concerns and made my self-guided tour that much more of a personal experience! I will hopefully be moving in shortly!

Recently signed a lease for a one bedroom apartment in the North Tower. Touring process was easy and leasing office staff was very welcoming and informative. Jailyn was exceptionally pleasant. Looking forward.

I just moved to NXNW yesterday. The leasing process was convenient and fast, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Although the room had some minor issues, the maintenance figured them out immediately. So far, everything is going well. I didn't give a five-star rating because of the Fetch package policy. I usually do not purchase online and rarely have packages, but I still have to pay $20 monthly, which is unreasonable. Overall, the experience here is excellent.

Blaise and Mike were amazing! I toured with Blaise and immediately fell in love with the place. I started my application on the spot. The apartment complex is beautiful and in perfect location. Mike was super helpful over the phone helping me finish the application and was super patient!

I love the modern look of the building, the amenity, and the generous pet policy! But the packaging policy is the worst. We are all forced to sign up for Fetch, which is known for their bad service, and instead of keeping my packages in the building securely, we are forced to pay to Fetch so that the packages are left on the street, with the risk of being stolen or wet. And the packages are not as quickly delivered because Fetch has to receive them first. Just Awful. Why they cannot offer the same service in-house, like other apartments? They force us to sign up for many things on top of super-high rent. Tone of the emails from the management about it was unpleasant. And the receptionists' attitudes were mean when I didn't sign up for Fetch right away. They kept complaining. It was unpleasant.

I lived here for 3 years and honestly for the price the charge, there are better options in Philadelphia. I will try to be be neutral, but I am just glad I am out of there.
The good:
1. The maintenance workers for the apartments are friendly and come to fix the issues fairly quick.
2. It is in great location. Walkable distance to some restaurants, Wholefoods, Target and the museum.
The bad:
1. They take forever to repair things in the communal area. The AC in the gym constantly breaks and it takes them months to repair it. They always give some sort of questionable excuse about why it takes so long for repairs. But even if is repaired it ends up non-functioning again. It has been broken on and off for at least a year.
2. They took a long time to repair the lock in the gym giving access to just about anyone. It took an incident with a person not living in the apartment building for them to fix the issue and make it more safe. This should have been a top priority as Philadelphia is not necessarily the safest place to live.

I’ve enjoyed my experience living in the new building. My unit is extremely quiet, has modern, up to date appliances, and any maintenance work has even addressed quickly. The lobby of the building is extremely well kept and continuously cleaned every single day. Michael Flippo’s assistance and responsiveness during our initial tour and move in process was so helpful. My only feedback is the gym is extremely hot because of the full glass all around and I wish fetch delivery was an optional service. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and I would recommend this property! Bonus, the rooftop is an amazing perk.

The good, bad, and ugly after being a resident for a little over 6 years.
The good. Location! The apartment is centrally located. Easy access to all major highways, public transport & a 15 minute ride to the airport. You’re walking distance from the best restaurants, museums, shopping, and more. Honestly, the location could not get any better. Next, is building maintenance. They’re always prompt to respond to request and pleasant. The views from the skydeck of the North tower are simply breathtaking. The grounds are well kept although the roof deck is starting show signs of wear and tear. Closing out the good category with the building being pet friendly. However, being pet friendly falls in both the good and bad categories unfortunately. The good things are the “pet spa” and having the ability to bathe your fur family when it’s convenient for you. There’s a dog park for pups to let off some steam and if you don’t like the dog park, the area is pretty safe for you to comfortably go for walks with them.
Moving on to the bad, there’s literally hundreds of dogs between the two building & some dogs are not suitable for apartment living. I had two extremely loud barkers move to my floor. 1 was a howler that drove me absolutely insane. Next, the amenities are lackluster. NO POOL. Small gym with only 7 treadmills for the more than 500 units. Often times, the air was out in the gym and the equipment was faulty. The air conditioning on the ground-level did not function properly either. With the trash dumpsters housed just behind the elevators and gym on the ground level, on hot days, the smell of garbage would make its way to the lobby & gym which was a bit of an embarrassment when guest arrived and greeted by absolute funk.
The ugly truth about why I decided to ultimately move on after 6 years & it wasn’t the crowbars used to pry open doors to burglarize units in the North tower which could have been prevented if management had not ended the security patrol it once offered. It was building Management and their lack of professionalism. The amount of emails sent to the residents scolding tenants in recent years was simply unbearable. In the rare occasion that I reached out to the management team with a noise complaint about the howling dog, I was ignored completely. I tried speaking with the onsite property manager Sharita directly before giving notice but was ignored once again and it was extremely difficult to work with Jailyn. She has a reputation with tenants for being rude, condescending, and dismissive which is unacceptable. I paid just over $3k monthly for a 1 bedroom 1 bath. As the rent jumped, amenities like security removal & shuttle service were steadily stripped away and new charges tacked on or the cost of existing amenities increased like parking fees. Although, I maintained renters insurance the full 6 years, apparently building management changed the required language for policies causing me to pay both the property and the insurance carrier for coverage for several months with no refund. And I would be remised if I did not mention the monthly fee that we were forced to pay to receive our packages in the last couple of years. A lot of poorly made management decisions has pushed me on to find a new residence.
So, would I recommend this place? I would have 5 years ago but not today. With paying more than $36k annually on rent and fees, the constant and significant rent increases, lack of professionalism from the senior manager and the management staff, and the lack of amenities, it’s NOT worth the hefty price tag any longer. I was sad to go because I was comfortable and this was my home for 6 years but the time came to move on. If there’s ever a change in management, I may consider checking them out again due to the convenience of location but truthfully speaking, there are many new buildings in the area with more amenities to offer which makes this place feel less competitive in today’s

Jailyn Adams was so helpful and attentive to our needs and what we were looking for in an apartment. The complex is amazing and every unit has something different to offer. Jailyn was able to help us find a unit that best fit our needs.
