Hello,
I visited your salon today for a single nail treatment as part of my work as a beauty blogger. I wanted to try your services and asked the nail technician for her professional recommendation on techniques, as I am not a nail expert. She responded by raising her voice and saying, "You tell me!" before abruptly walking away.
When she returned, she continued to speak to me in a disrespectful manner. Despite remaining calm and quiet, she left again and then came back, shouting at me for not putting my finger under the light. Her behavior made me feel threatened and uncomfortable.
This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. I didn't catch her name, but she was wearing black and white old workout capris. I felt the need to leave immediately due to her aggressive behavior.
I have left reviews on various platforms detailing my experience, hoping it encourages her to take customer service workshops and improve her conduct. If possible, I would rate your salon negatively.

Very clean. Unfamiliar with the brand of polish they use (7 star) but it doesn’t seem very good quality. I got a deluxe pedi. Was asked 5 times by 3 different people if I want gel. I did not. Got 15 min max in the chair, felt rushed out even though it wasn’t very crowded. My cuticles look good but 2 hrs later my toes ashy as hell and polish didn’t look so great when it dried, looks like it’s either cheap or cut with acetone. Would not return.

My daughter tried this place because the nail tech We always go to for years moved. So we wanted to find a place that would be our new salon. My daughter got acrylics done and had her nails less than a week and as she was just folding laundry two of her nails popped right off. I took her back to get them fixed and all they could say was that “according to my logic that they are too thin then all 10 of her nails should have popped off already so it must be something she did” so they weren’t going to fix them unless we paid. It’s less than a week no way should her nails already be lifting and just popping off right at the point the nail meets the acrylic. They were done poorly from the beginning and very thin. They blamed it on her nail beds and said I was being unreasonable. She always has her nails done and never had them pop off like that. I will not go back and I will make sure I tell my girls not to spend their money there either. The lack of accountability was it for me.

I've been going to Bellagio's for over 1.5 years and it has been the most consistent and beautifully, pampering experiences. My nail technician/magic worker/talent goddess is Cece and she is no joke in this industry. I go to her with a color and every time, without fail, I end up getting "Cecefied"! It's a real thing. The care, the expertise, she knows her craft and actually enjoys provide these services. I get an acrylic overlay on the nails that would not grow, but Cece got it there. She also does a magnificent pedicure and it's the best self-care routine I give myself the opportunity to have.
I got Cecefied with "another bad creation" (shout out to the 90's)...Check these out...

The salon is clean, the technicians proficient however the quality of the polish is subpar, a brand I have never heard of. I got a regular manicure (not gel) and my polish was chipped (both hands and to) within a few days. I have never had toenail polish chip or wear off before 2 or 3 weeks. But then again, those salons were using OPI or Essie.
You may not have this issue if you get gels.

I have been to this location several times but after yesterday (4/29/24), NEVER AGAIN !!! I initially went in for a take off + manicure gel (which didn't end up happening). The lady RIPED MY NAIL OFF. I could not believe that happened. It was so painful and bloody!! All I got was a "sorry" followed by "you only have to pay $5". Are you kidding me??!!! I was (and still am) in a lot of pain. Thankfully, there was an Urgent Care next door to assist right away. Worst customer experience at a nail salon ever!
Edit in response to the owner: So you think, another employee telling me I no longer had to pay the 5 bucks absolves your business for the pain caused??? Shameful!

I've been going to Bellagio since opening but recently discovered CeCe she is just amazing and her work is sooo Good she is not only kind but her customer service is impeccable she cares about what you want asks questions to know your needs as a client which is refreshing in the nail salon and is very much needed she actually is excited to see her clients and appreciates you I hope she stays please try her out if you haven't yet?

This is my first time coming to this salon, and when I say it’s a well oiled machine, that’s what I mean! The place is very clean and you get what you ask for! Tony did a great job with my request and service time the whole process was good! I will be a returning customer!

I had been going to this salon for a bit and the service had gone from good to mediocre. I realize they have no real regard for the clientele. My latest issue with the salon occurred over Memorial Day weekend. I had previously scheduled an appointment May 9th scheduled for the 25th and never heard anything back. I scheduled another appointment on the 20th and after still not hearing anything decided I would go in. The receptionist immediately gave me attitude when I asked about their online process and indicated that I never received a response on either appointment I made online. I crunched for time and in need of service for a vacation agreed to wait the 1.5 hour time quoted I never received anything that my appointment time was ready as they had done in the past where I have regularly spent 100's on service for me and my daughter.
